Please, tell how to carry out a successful recruitment of candidates while working in a job consultancy. How to talk to a candidate. Also, how to talk to companies to get useful information in order to be fully efficient.
Hi Red orchid, In my opinion It’s always good to have a template to fill when talking to clients and candidates. It would help you write down the complete details with any additional information that you may need to fill out the vacancy. Let me know if you already have or planning to design it for yourself.
Hey, thanks a lot for replying! I have it made by me but it would be better if it is provided by a expert. Request you to please share it with me. Also, please tell how to communicate with the companies on the first end so that the whole process is carried out much smoothly.

I am assigned as an HR Manager for around 20 people and another entity of the same owner for around 15 but I was not provided an assistant to help me with my daily duties. I tried asking but they declined and my question now is how can I propose the best way possible that it is my need?
Hello Joy, I understand it’s not easy to get a budget approved for HR assistance even if the company spends on unnecessary marketing tactics. I would recommend you to prepare a report based on no. Of tasks you would be able to offer ( the value addition)and the cost that could be saved by having an additional person. For example: -Improved hiring timeline -A valuable onboarding system -Fast documentation with better employee records & so on. Let me know how it goes. All the best!
Informative video !
