Kinda surprised all of the ordinators didn't make it on the list! All you have to do is wear a piece of ordinator armor in front of one of them and they will chase you to the ends of the province, continuing in their death-streak even after you have removed the armor, died, and respawned. Insanity!
I don't have a problem with N'Wahs personally I just wish they would make some attempt at integrating with Dunmer society if they choose to live here they should share all of our prejudice for the mongrel dogs of the Empire or be farm tools. I continue to write the council to erect a Ghost Fence around the borders of Morrowind. All other N'wahs and their sympathizers should go live in another province if this is how they honor the Sixth House and the tribe unmourned.
You don't have to be in the Commona Tong to realize how weird the Bosmer are. The 6th House and the Tribe Unmourned and the Imperial dogs of the Empire are in complete agreement on this one.

Eventually i went further and had the guars Rollie and Corky and the white guar. A friendly Hunger from a tomb, Creeper and Lustidrink two Kwama workers,the talking mudcrab was the worst.vivec at the very end. It was frustrating to do cause of the distances and path finding but dammit i made it work. Still my greatest achievment in the game.
I met Hunter Biden outside of the Imperial City once. He took me to Desele's House of Earthly Delights in Suran. He got into an argument with a dancer over child support payments. Then we went to Uncle Sweetshire's House. It was a great time until I blacked out. I woke up outside of Raven Rock on the beach with a passed out Spriggan laying beside me. I was digging splinters out of my junk for a month.
Unrelated to my Glarthir comment, I would like to submit the names of Bernadette Penneless, Toutius Sextius, and Davide Surille for unhinged NPCs. No I am not an obsesssd Glarthir-stan how dare
