I 100% Lego marvel one recently
I completed 9 Lego games for 100% and I keep playing Lego games, it's incredible!

Playing Savage Oppress in the Lego Star Wars 3 was awesome, cuz he was the Clone Wars season 3 content in the game and his character had only recently appeared in the show before the game came out.

If I remember correctly he was in the game due to TT Games working on SW:CW 2 which would cover next seasons. I believe this game was scrapped as a result of Disney buying SW franchise and removing every star wars project at the time

Citizen actually spawns because the games memory gets overloaded while loading your character cuz of a animation or whatever, and instead of crashing it makes you the most default character imaginable so the game doesnt crash. It doesnt only happen when you pick Jean Grey.
Exactly, personally I always used Thor to get it 😅
The same thing happens in Lego Pirates of the Caribbean, but instead you get to play as the Guard Dog, which was already unlocked anyway.

@@MaximilianMackrey yeah by choosing Thor, generate lightnings with Mjolnir and then Switch to Classic Thor. And then it’s loading for a bit and finally you get the citizen

I did have a run with LSW3 modding and loved enabling all the characters who were in the code but not in the roster. Bossk was a highlight since I love his character just generally.
Oh, trust me, I was fully and painfully aware of not being able to play as the Geonosian Arena variants in LEGO Star Wars 3. It’s literally my biggest pet peeve in the entire game. (I just wanted to play as Anakin with a green lightsaber. Is that too much to ask?)

Fun fact: In lego marvel 1 you can play as VEHICLES
In co-op, if you are at a call-in-point and your co-op partner is about to fast travel, click whatever vehicle you want to play as (the tick to confirm it) as they click the fast-travel tick, you will become the vehicle you selected

Man, I remember when I was like 6 playing Lego Marvel Superheroes with my brother when we accidentally unlocked the citizen.
Also the way I unlocked him was by standing on the helicarrier elevator and switching character at the same time as the other player flicks the elevator switch
I had a scratched disk so whenever I switched from doctor doom it would give me him.

The way I get citizen is switching to Thor charging up the hammer then switching to classic Thor

Why didn’t he talk about the 100% reward in Star Wars the complete saga? You can customise Asajj Ventress (from og clone wars) and some other characters. It’s also a cool thing that custom characters get pretty much all abilities after reaching 100%.

In Lego Stat Wars 3 you can sometimes find the characters from the opening level walking about the ship and change to play as them

The civilian in the marvel game, I got most easily by swapping from a big character to a small one while in the helicarrier lift

I somehow had the lucky childhood to have lego batman 1 for both the xbox 360 and my ds. Azrael was always my favorite character in the ds version and my disappointment that he wasn't in the console version is immeasurable. The pieces are still cool to have, but I wish he had custom animations and the flaming sword.
A bit of a hot take, but I think the ds version is the definitive version.

For those wondering, the characters locked behind codes in LSW3 and other games were exclusive character codes bundled in sets.

Fun fact: Some of the codes in LB1 were originally locked behind McDonald's happy meal toys
@@AbstractS04 they were, except this is back when LEGO was still putting normal codes in the sets/merch, not exclusives. They were characters you could still unlock by playing normally.
Don't know if someone has mentioned it or if he's waiting for part 2. But in Lego Indy 1, just like Santa, there are secret toggles in Shanghai Showdown. I think they were a Dancing Girl 2 and a Shanghai hoodlum.
There is another way of getting
the citizen.
All you have to do is go to the big table in the helicarier then select ultimate goblin then switch to normal green goblin while standing on the mark on the table.
For the LEGO SW3 TCW Geonosis characters, you can actually still find them wondering around the hub world sometimes
Yep I remember playing the citizen in lego marvel, it would just do it randomly not just with jean grey.
I remember trying to go through all of Lego Star Wars as the skeleton just because I liked its animations. Still wish it could either jump or pull levers.

In LB2 If you use extra toggle in 1 level, (I forgot the level) You can play as old lady but a glitch turns her into a cube

I once found a secret character that seems to be completely unknown to the World
In lego batman 2 in the level where joker and Lex Luthor are in the batcave i got to play a strange Version of the lexbot, looking bigger and more modern, it Was mainly green, was flying cause it had some small thing underneath it (like a small ball, unlike in lego batman 3) and it had a v shape, so got thicker the higher you looked
i remember always having 1 character not unlocked in lego batman 1 and being annoyed whenever i saw it
I remember playing as the Rancor in TCS!!! Extra toggles were my favorite, the Skeleton was the best!

The coolest hidden Lego character was in Lego the Hobbit which through a glitch allowed you to play as the Eagles in the hub world (though this got patched I believe in an update).
When I was a kid I'd always replay Geonosian Arena on Story Mode to have Anakin's alt appearance in the main hub because I think he looks better with a green lightsaber, I'd also do the same with Jedi Battle in TCS
