mcdonalds workers have way better defusing skills then lots of cops
xQc's take was wrong, while it is understandable that it is in your best interest not to argue and stay in the car, we need people like this that challenge officers so that they know the laws and limits.
Officers so often intimidate people that when they use their rights, they go batshit crazy because it doesn't happen often and everyone just listens to them and people even incriminate themselves.
Rarely does someone try to exit their car during a traffic stop that cops go into panic mode, if it happened more often, they wouldn't see it that way.
This officer was about to let this guy go after being so aggressive towards him but the guy stood his ground and so the officer looked for every minor detail he could use to stop him again.
Wtf
I don't get why so many Americans are dead set on making every police interaction as hostile and shitty as possible just because they wanna argue on some small technicalities. Like seriously, just treat the officer with respect, do as they tell you (unless it's some major violation of your rights) and chances are that you'll be out of there 10x faster, the entire situation will be 10x calmer and more pleasant and you'll be more likely to get away with 0 consequenses.
Had this dude just been calm and explained that there was a misunderstanding and he had tried to get in contact with the officer to ask if he could drive past the barricade and get home, then the cop would probably have dropped the attitude as well, and what was a long shitty interaction would have been resolved in a quick minute. Even after the bad initial interaction, had the dude just calmed down and drove off normally rather than giving the cop a metaphorical middle finger while driving off, then that would have been the end of the interaction. Even after all that, if he had calmed down and just gotten back in the car without arguing, provided his license and registration without being such an argumentative bitch then that whole interaction would also have been smoother.
These people are literally like that annoying kid in elementary school who'd run up and be all up in people's face while screaming "I'm not touching you", "I'm not doing anything", they know exactly what they are doing and it only serves to make everything shittier for everyone.
And yes, the cop should also have done better, You'd think cops would be used to dealing with morons like this, but it seems not.
Not really sure what "xQc's take" was other than not be retarded and get out your car which is not really a take in my book. Rarely does someone try to pull a gun out during a traffic stop but if it happened more often cops would get used to it and not go into panic mode.
Hey Petar, I have a suggestion. The next time you're pulled over, I recommend that you open the door the second the officer steps out of the car. When you do that, face the cop and take out your wallet as fast as possible and point it directly at the cop so he knows that you're being respectful by already having your information ready. When you have 14 holes in your body and get discharged from the hospital, please reply to me how it felt.
@@DarjeelingEnjoyer LMFAOOOO
You can end up in handcuffs over words. It doesn't make it a legal arrest, but a cop can decide to kill you for saying "fuck you" and then lie and say you attacked him. The Audit the Audit guy is looking at legality, and an officer cannot legally arrest someone for telling him to fuck off.
This officer baited him into a traffic stop. Telling him to "get the hell out of here", then stopping him for doing just that shows he's not just a shitty public servant, but a shitty person. I hope he doesn't work in law enforcement anymore.

@@frenchgucho You are not in the wrong for being pissed off. That's not your duty as a normal person to not be pissed. It is your duty as a cop to be levelheaded and controlled though. @@frenchgucho Agree that both are not helping themselves BUT people with more authority or power especially if its their job should have the obligation to not escalate esp if they have the gun the cuffs, etc. End of the day, cop is getting paid to act better, guy should be respectful it would help him get home faster but not illegal for him and hes not getting paid and therefore technically hes not obligated to do better. If you have the power you have the responsibility, should actively try to minimize conflict unless you are trying to arrest someone by escalating
It's the education system for law enforcement
TLDR:
Sheriff wasn't prioritizing traffic control and ignored the Cardew's progressive attempt to get his attention while trying to just return home after driving the detour.
Sheriff started the verbal encounter by arguing, once told Cardew was a resident of the street the Sheriff says "Get the hell out of here" and Cardew's tires squeal while accelerating.
Sheriff's ego is hurt so he retaliates by starting a traffic stop and eventually gives 3 tickets to Cardew, lies on the record about Cardew breaking traction and did not contact a supervisor when asked.

1:40 I see chat is starting out as papega as usual
“Pull out the juicer boom boom”
UK rap lyrics
Another cop that obviously got bullied to much in school, shouldnt be able to become a cop when you got bullied a lot as a kid.
Cop breaks the law after saying he can go makes sense
Chat was baiting soooo damn hard holy...
It's sad that police like to take forever writing a ticket and then call a supervisor afterwards if you ask for one.
2:35 Even with the cop seeming to enjoy bossing people and is a control freak, in the end he's in right. The proper way to act when getting pulled over is you in your car with both hands on the steering wheel. Don't do anything unless told, reaching for something common and simple like your car insurance in your glove box could make a officer believe you're reach another object that's Common And Simple which lies in the same glove box, A weapon. Don't risk it, wait to be told what to do.
" befor you talk your self into handcuffs " if this was said to poki , omg the world would have been upside down , but it was said to a guy , not a female drama enjoyer streamer
i love when the chat trash talks youtube viewers
XQC’s chat are the ones who would most likely go to jail LMAO 😂
True. C- or C at best. Any worse grades by either person would have resulted in an altercation. I don't see a world where it would be unreasonable to say that this was close to physical. It that cop was a little more aggressive or that guy was a littles less compliant. It could have gotten out of hand.
C- or C is a good grade for the guy. Cop should have gotten an F to be honest. Cops only get 2 grades. A or F They either did their job right, or they didn't. Period.
