I feel like that sergeant only threatened with arrest, because he knew she was full of shit and he didn't want to deal with any of it. He was trying to make her back out of her lies. Who would push a civilian towards train tracks? The normal cop should get a B+, while that lady 100% should get F. He could of easily been more hands on with her (considering she was arguing and continuing to walk through the crime scene).

I understand, but the moment the arrest only happened after she confirmed she would be filling a complaint gives them a bad look. They might've been (and were imo) only trying to calm her down, but after wasting so much time on frivolous allegations, if i was the Sargent, the moment she said she was filling a complaint i would only ask the cop "if what she said was true" and if he said "that's not correct or not true", i would just go ahead and say "ok ma'am please do file the complaint". If you know the law, trust your colleagues and the judicial system, then, there's no reason why she can't be disciplinary penalized after... even the cops could've filed a formal complaint because of her actions after all the bs, and instead the Sargent came already with a defensive and combative mindset.
If the complaint is bullshit then there should be no reason to discourage her from making one

✅ - Laughs hysterically w/o explaining why to chat.
The officer notified the female officer and asked her to leave the crime scene prior to ever putting his hands on her twice, and when doing so simply guided her out never using excessive force. He also remained calm and explained the situation thoroughly to the female officer. Second officer also did a good job at explaining the situation, and the bases of the arrest was still valid considering she refused to leave the crime scene when notified twice. Only issue is it came after the female officer complained, making it look retaliatory. C+ for the officers. Female officer walked through a crime scene she had no jurisdiction of remotely even being near, refused to leave when notified she was in the crime scene, lied that she had a job to do in the crime scene, escalated things by raising her voice, lied about being pushed out the crime scene, made a nonsensical complaint when the officers were well within their rights, insinuated because she’s a female, she should have more rights then a male when being brought out of a crime scene, and really just wasted their time. She did absolutely nothing right, handled every situation poorly and shouldn’t have even been upset in the first place. F for the female officer.
Didn’t read most of your comment but just wanted to say, she’s a transit officer, not a police officer. Her job was to check which trains to keep running and which to stop, she has no power in the crime scene once actual police showed up. She’s basically a train manager, her job title just has officer in it.

Nah dude the police were fine here. They told her before hand that if they looked into this and it turned out she was the one in the wrong, then she could end up arrested. That's not retaliation for making the complaint.

@@vellvii Holy you are a pepega, the officer literally said, if you want to continue this complaint, you’re going to force us to check the body cam(because her complaint was that the officer pushed her forcefully), which would then show us video evidence of her obstructing a crime scene, WHICH IS A CRIME, and would then lead her to get arrested. He’s literally just telling her doing this will just self incriminate you, and probably lead to more paperwork, which they probably wanted to avoid for something so stupid. They were willing to let her go for something so minor, but since she wanted to continue, they have to arrest her because she obstructed a crime scene, which is BY LAW a crime you can be detained/arrested for. Also the basis of her complaint was built on lies and false accusations, she clearly was not pushed and wanted the officer to get punished for something she just made up when he was just doing his job.

Nah! Being from Europe i think a C for the cops can be justified because arresting only after realizing there will actually be a complaint filed is a really bad look and motivation imo... but in that case, she would have to get, at the very least, a D- or an F!... Possible contamination of the crime scene + false allegations are the reasons why the arrest happened in the first place. I just feel bad for the judge that has to lose time deciding such a shitty case as if there aren't much bigger problems to worry about! In the end, if i was the judge, i would just dismiss the case and tell everyone involved in this case to fkn grow-up (despite all of them already being "adults")!
I don’t think the officers were arresting her because she was filing a complaint, but because she incriminated herself by making a complaint, the officers have video evidence of 1. Her lying about him pushing her and 2. Evidence of her obstructing a crime scene, which is by law, reason for an arrest. They were honestly willing to let her go because the whole situation was dumb and they knew she was in the wrong, and would self incriminate herself in doing so. Although the officers were right, they still should’ve properly handed the complaint by putting it through the correct channels, but they knew she was wrong and probably didn’t want more unnecessary work, which is why they wanted her to just let it go.

Americans do apologize. Assholery is a personal choice, not a national identity.
People in certain professions (Law Enforcement, Attorneys, Doctors, etc) are sometimes trained to not apologize because an apology can be seen as an admission of guilt in court. People are similarly sometime advised to not apologize following a car accident for the same reason, and they could end up assuming financial responsibility even though an investigation would have revealed it wasn't their fault.
Not saying that this is the rule for everyone in these professions, or even that it's actually good legal advice, but the mindset is fairly common within those communities.
She got paid, kept her job and was never charged. If thats a grave, I better get to digging my own!

Is it clear though? That this is retaliatory? She 100% does not agree with them that she cannot be in a crime scene, she 100% WILL do the exact same thing again. This is very clear by her demeanor and what she is saying. It's not that wierd to arrest her in order to actually teach her that her actions where wrong. I'm pretty sure this is why cops have discrenionary powers to write fines/arrest for certain crimes or just give warnings. BOTH officers where trying to give her a warning, but she was not having any of it. They COULD have just arrested her on the spot, but choose to let it slide eventhough she was clearly in the wrong. She literally talked herself into handcuffs (like a lot of people tend to do)

The transit official argument went out the damn window the moment she played the gender card. We, the viewers, already knew she was in the wrong because we knew she was lying due to her contradicting statement from the cam footage. But the law is *not* based on the gender of either parties. So it's not written that officers have to remove men 1 way from a crime scene, and women another way.
I'm very curious as to what the manager said when she showed up (or, more rather, the entire conversation).

I like audit the audit because of all the information he gives. He is very intelligent, but I can’t help but notice several biases throughout all of his videos. This one included, especially for the rating the girl got. She deserves an F no question. She was falsely accusing the officer of multiple serious accusations all because her ego was hurt.
