Hi Arturia! Could you make a software update which allows to set muted steps? This would be cool for chop groups, eg when I want to set a open hat which is chopped by a muted closed hat. Now this is only possible by muting the complete instrument with volume down. Thanx!

about the only thing this machine needs is the ability to randomize or mute individual steps... they UI can accommodate it, it could work just like individual step swing today.

I love the sound of this thing, but the 64 steps is nowhere near enough to create an entire song in song mode

Hey there. In "song mode", you can chain patterns and therefore go over the 64 steps per pattern limitation. Hope it helps, best!

Can anyone please tell me why Arturia, NI, Air (especially Air) have serial codes, Confirmation, installation and activation codes?
These morons think they’re secret agents. These are music machines. They are not Weapons of Mass Destruction. Although with these 4/4 only machines they don’t inspire creativity. Just dullard 4/4 patterns that takes skill to NOT wrote something decent. That and an I.T degree!
I am a musician. If my calling was I.T I’d have learned that. I learned music. Why do these firms insist in a deep knowledge of I.T. What’s Kontakt for? It’s just a host that goes inside your host! It’s bonkers and just more to go wrong. And by the time you learned how to do simple things in Kontakt you could have learned the harp...that’s a musical instrument things made of wood and has strings you pluck!
