I know you don't want me to feel sorry for you but I just can't help it. I know that at least one person has bullied you in your life time and i just cannot stand for unkindness in anyway at all! I Love your videos so much and i was extremely shocked to hear this. And the way you sat and your desk in this video, and twitched your face made me shiver and burst out crying for you! What a great video. So refreshing to see. Tourette's video not depicting swearing. My lovely son has Tourette's. Like you, he doesn't have the swearing tick - as yet- but there are any number of other tics, changing week to week. Awareness is key - what we don't need is judgement from people's who don't understand. I wish you lots of luck in the future - you're a beautiful, charismatic and talented girl. Use it xxx

Although I personally do not suffer from Tourette's syndrome. I have had something much similar like Tourette"s and I still do! My entire life I've stuttered which means I've have an extremely hard time getting my words out when I need to! This has and still does greatly affect me physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually! I have felt similar pains of what you guys may be fealing! All that I know is that you can"t let these things control you're life! stay strong Haley and people who have Tourette's! Thank you so much for posting this Haley!

This was a great video, Haley! I'm from Wisconsin as well and I was diagnosed with Tourette several years ago. I've definitely dealt with a lot of people who buy into the stigma that Tourette Syndrome is just coprolalia, and I'm really glad that people who live with Tourette are starting to speak out and break the stigma. Happy TS Awareness Month!

I love you Haley and I have a lot of problems such as ADD, ADHD, anxiety, and depression I have to take many different kinds of meds for it but it makes me feel good to know that I'm not the only one :)
I developed tics at age 10- I’m now 34. Eye tics, blinking winking and nose scrunching. My 5th grade teacher said “don’t you roll your eyes at me,” and I was thinking sorry I can’t help it. Kids made fun of me. I never had a formal diagnosis but I’m sure it’s chronic tic disorder. Now if someone asks about it I explain its involuntary and I have been doing it since age 10. I’ve thought about trying Botox to see if it’d relax my tics but not sure I want to spend all that money on it. I do wish my tics would go away. They’re worse when I’m more stressed and tired. This video was helpful- I learned some ways to explain my tics if people ask about it.
finding you on you tube has been a blessing from God ,had tics as a child and it pretty much went away around 18 years old now I'm over 40 it's hit me like a slap in the face and it's a very hard time not to mention doctors are like what are the stress going on in your life as its not normal to just start up again like this but stress or not it's happened and it's happened to me and it's a very emotional time and hard to deal with ,back in my day it was never talked about let alone ever known by people for what it was only bad behaviour so I grow up being ashamed of it and was really happy when pretty much all had stopped but now it's full blown I'm locked away in my home not wanting any one to see me but I am getting stronger by watching you and to learn it is out and about and many other do have this so again the biggest thank you for these videos you make as it gives me hope and love again to wanna try try to move forward

Haley, if you wouldn't have even made these videos, I wouldn't have known about this, but you telling us this makes us know how much you have to deal with and how strong you are. it would be nice if people even knew about tourette awareness. i don't get why its not a bigger deal to people. i never heard of it when i was in school and doctors did not undertand it enough so they dosed me to the brink of death

+Rosy Rabbit If you think you may have Tourettes I would talk with your doctor. I got diagnosed by a doctor with Tourettes at the age of 8 after years of being undiagnosed.
