Just Depot the Tom ford bronzer and add your favorite powder (i.e. highlight, bronzer, or pressed setting powder) so you can keep the beautiful case. What I would do :)
JESSICA! NO!! This is an intervention! You said it yourself; if you haven't used it in two years (2! YEARS! 2!!) then toss it! Don't try to give it another chance!
I’ve never seen a full face of Honest makeup. I hope you do! FYI, when I find moisturizers don’t work well enough, I use them on my feet at night, with socks. 😉
Thanks for validating the fact that high priced beauty doesn’t necessarily mean the best and most effective beauty products. Lots of ppl seem to need to know.:)
Gahhh every time you went and put something in your “maybe” pile I was screaming noooooo Jess!!! You worked so hard to get rid of all of those products 😂
I used to Tati before she went all "Mean Girls". I'm so glad you're all positively! It's great that people like you are here who are as beautiful on the inside as the makeup they review!
You know what’s funny. I just realized I haven’t been watching Tati after all that drama. I always loved and supported her, but something changed for me. I need upbeat and just makeup. That’s why I like it here.
Still love Tati she’s honest about products and so vibrant but sooooo glad Jessica is peppy and more like a real person where Tati acts like an influencer
My favourite videos are hearing about makeup and skincare products that people didn’t like. I find them really interesting and super helpful. Hearing the good points about a product is useful, but so is hearing the bad (especially when you are doing research before taking the plunge on something high end). Thank you Jessica for being one of the few influencers that isn’t afraid to upset brands, and will genuinely say what you feel.
I love the banana bright face primer most for actually mixing with my foundation! Mixed with it, I feel like it makes my skin so much more radiant and that helps with not having the lines like you mentioned!
Thank you SOOOO much for this video!!! I can’t tell you how many people have either done sponsored posts or hyped some of these things up so much to the point it’s unbelievable. Your opinions are always trustworthy and honest!!!
Jess!! I am so relating how you keep goin back n forth with wanting to make these products work. Specially when you spend so much money on it and see everyone else loving it abd having it work for them. I really love your reviews & honesty
I love the charlotte tilbury lipsticks. I havent used the 2 colours you mentioned but Bond Girl is by far my favourite lipstip of all time. It leaves a beautiful stain on my lips when it wears off.
Love Bond Girl!! I've always had issues with lip products migrating outside my lip line but I use either the ColourPop lip primer or UD Primer Pencil and everything stays put!
Jessica, just wanted to say you're doing such a great job! I always love your video ideas. You're so consistent, relatable and honest. There's something to be said for someone who always leaves you feeling good. I appreciate you making content for us regularly! 💕
I’m with you on the hourglass veil Foundation. I never return products to Sephora but that one went right back! The bare minerals stick and the ole Henriksen primer I do enjoy.
I really love the bareminerals stick foundation! And I have oily skin lol! It’s so nice and light ! I do not use a sponge ever, only a brush or my fingers. But that being said we all have such different skin it’s so hard to know what’s going on with these things lmao 🥳
I also use a brush for this and it works great for me (normal/dry skin)! This works waaay better for me than the Hourglass Vanish Stick did, so I was pleasantly surprised :)
Tabitha K same! I’m about to repurchase it 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 I Also love that I can use ALL of the product since it’s a stick. It also hasn’t melted in the packaging in this insane New England heat 106F!! Insane to me lol very happy with it
I agree with you about the CT Magic Away concealer...it’s so nice upon application and then for some reason it floats to the surface of my skin and settles against my glasses, in pores and just looks off.
I completely agree with you re: the Kush mascara and the Bare Minerals foundation stick. I had the exact same issues. The Kush mascara left all kinds of stuff under my eyes. I tried to use the BM stick several times, and every time it wouldn't stay on my nose during application, let alone for any amount of time afterwards.
The bareminerals foundation stick I set with the MUFE matte velvet blurring powder foundation...and it stayed awhile and looked beautiful. I have oily skin so I was surprised I liked that one.
The only way I could make the BareMinerals foundation stick work was to mix a chunk with moisturizer really really well, dot it on my face, and blend it with a sponge. Maybe try that? It is beautiful, but on it's own it does the exact same to me! It does NOT stay still :(
I was having a cup of coffee with you. ☕ I wanted to say thank you for the shout-out that you gave Shea Moisture coconut & hibiscus kids extra moisturizing detangler. I have been using the detangler for a week now and absolutely love it. Herbal Essence has the notion to discontinue my bio renewal repair Argan Oil of Morocco oil-infused creme leave in conditioner. The detangler leaves my hair feeling the same way the leave-in conditioner did so I'm very happy about that.🤸♀️
I bought that Bare Minerals stick because of you and I love it. I always use the Farsali Unicorn Essence and it makes all my foundations look great. I also have dry skin.
Shelbey Wilson *just* did a vid where she used that CT concealer as a foundation. She also said it sucks as a concealer. So if anyone out there is stuck with a tube of the stuff, hydrate the sh*t out of your face and try it as an all-over sort of thing.
I am also one of the few who did not like the Hourglass Foundation. I don't have dry skin it's oily, but this made my face look like a desert with cracks on the surface. I love the Revlon Vinyl lip, but yes it does sometimes end up on my teeth.
“I’m gonna give it a talking to...” and your mom face... love it! You are my favorite UA-camr, hands down. I agree that we have higher expectations of products we are paying more for, because if the price difference isn’t worth the payoff, why bother?
I'm with you on the Bare Minerals stick! I wanted to love it, it has great ingredients but it slipped everywhere. I don't know how it got great reviews.
Susie Oakley I have oily skin and I use a brush to blend the bareminerals stick foundation. Because of my oily skin, I ALWAYS set my face with powder. Love it! I use the NYX stay matte, not flat powder
I’m with you on Drunk Elephant sunscreen. I couldn’t even stand it on my hands out on a run. Charlotte’s magic concealer wasn’t so magical for me either 😣
Try the bare minerals as an under eye brightener/concealer. I also like it as a foundation if I buff it in with a brush. It was not moisturizing enough for me in the winter, and I think it is not right for summer, but I liked it in spring and expect to like it in fall, too.
Thank you for your candor- helping me put maybe items into NO BUY column!! Sometimes I re-purpose expensive fails for example if the texture isn’t off-putting you could add some of the expensive L’or product to body lotion or oil to give skin a glow or sparkle🤩
Guuuurrrrrl. I can't thank you ENOUGH for mentioning the PC Resist Super-Light Daily Wrinkle Defense SPF in a few of your videos now!! I'm one a those hyper-sensitive ones allergic to all chemical sunscreens, so it's been quite the hunt to find a good, blendable, physical SPF for my face! I'd been using the PC CALM SPF, but it still left somewhat of a white cast. But the Resist one... 😍. Tinted so it camouflages the white cast, dries down and stays in place, AND is even more blendable than the CALM version!! And it's also non-irritating! Again - THANK YOU!!
I had an issue with the bare minerals stick foundation as well, but then I started to mix it with my nars sheer glow foundation and it’s perfection!! I also only blend it out with a brush as I found that works the best. Try it out ☺️
For me, the Charlotte Tilbury concealer sucked with the sponge tip applicator on so I ripped it off and the formula seems so much better. It’s like the product got really dry and gross in the sponge but doesn’t if you rip it off!
Just today, I watched a video from Lisa J and she was using the Charlotte Tilbury Concealer in a light color as well. She indicated that the only way she uses it is over another concealer that gives her the coverage she wants, then she’ll use the Charlotte concealer on top as a brightener....FYI Also, great video Jess❣️ Very entertaining 🥰
Give the bare minerals foundation stick one more try! I absolutely adore it. I just make sure to set my face and it stays on pretty well throughout the day!
Hey Jessica! Love your videos. I too couldn't make the Charlotte Tilbury magic away concealer work either. It totally dried out my already dry undereye. I do like her Retoucher concealer instead. More light weight band forgiving to my mid 40s face 🙂
Love these videos so very helpful for us all. Love your accessories and shirt. Love that you keep updating your videos that little sound for subscribing really tuned me in love your nails
I am obsessed with using bare minerals original mineral powder over their stick foundation! Try it that way! It looks absolutely stunning wearing it that way!
Sister love, I am so with you on the Guerlain primer! It definitely doesn’t tighten and I don’t think it hydrates and it doesn’t fill pores, it’s not spf, like what does it actually do?! I’ve used it 5x and was blah about it every single time! I’m so glad im not alone♥️♥️♥️
“...sometimes freakin twenty, L’Oreal” I about spit out my Pepsi! You really crack me up, especially when you crack yourself up. Thank you for the info, the laugh. It’s been a rough day and your video has perked me up a little. Kinda like a nice bright spot.
Love the bareminerals stick over a gripping primer. I also pop a thin layer of concealer or better a paint pot on my nose before going in. Seems to hold it on
I love the bare minerals foundation, but I have never noticed the separating happening to me. For reference, I normally use the $5 ordinary primer (I forget what it's called)
When you try that bare minerals foundation again, try adding a little mac paintpot on your nose! I have dry skin especially on my nose and it never makes me looks cakey or weird but helps even the worst foundations last on my nose so much better throughout the day!
The bare minerals stick foundation is a favorite of mine, but I cannot wear it during the warm weather. It just.. wow slides everywhere (and I have dry/normal skin). I can’t wait to repurchase it in the winter!
The first item actually shocked me. I have so many bronzers, but this Tom Ford is one of my favorite, i love the tone of it and it doesnt look splotchy on me.
Great video! A few years ago, right around 35, I finally came to the conclusion that packaging is almost completely irrelevant. What is in side and how that works is really only what matters. Very few people actually look at my makeup to see what packaging I like but what I actually use. Yes I can appreciate pretty packaging but I really refuse to be drawn in by it anymore. Good job getting rid of things that don’t work for you! I love your shirt!!
Uploaded just as I got out of my work uniform, yaaaaas! Also it’s nice to hear that you and Tati have differing opinions, I always hate when I dislike something either you or her recommends but hearing you say that you like different things makes me feel better (although I haven’t gotten a dud from your recommendations in a loooong time)
Ashley Moroni I’m not sure. The only thing I do, that maybe isn’t normal, is I don’t set my under eye. This made the biggest difference in how any concealer looked on me. I use a sponge to blend, and as I’m doing the rest of my face, I will tap out any creasing that appears. If you aren’t satisfied with the coverage of the covergirl concealer, it layers really nicely!
I love your videos. This video shows again how different products can behave so differently for different skin types or just simply works for someone and doesn't work for somebody else. I actually love the CT concealer, it doesn't crease on my late 30s under eye and brightens it up. I also love the Hourglass foundation, I use a very small amount directly o top of my moisturizer and it gives me nice skin like coverage and last all day long. For me it is so low maintenance and that is why I like it a lot.
I am on my second tube of CT concealer. I use color no. 7 and it is just such a beautiful color match and finish for me i just wish they would change the packaging. I prep with clinique all about eyes and let it dry then with a very very VERY light hand, apply the concealer with sponge tip and tap/ blend it in with my finger. It lasts all day and looks gorgeous
Yes, PLEASE! Do a full face of Honest Beauty. My skin has begun to get ultra sensitive as I'm getting older, so I'm staying away from some ingredients. My skin is clearing up!
Please do a full face of honest beauty! I’ve been way more interested in clean makeup so I’ve been trying more from this brand. I LOVE the blush and the highlighter-(you would be obsessed with the highlighter, it’s a non sparkly lit from within look). Allie Glines got me hooked on the highlighter.
Jessica, how do you feelse about the Ole Hendrickson banana bright primer eye cream? ...& for the bare minerals foundation stick, I put the foundation stick all over my face, dip my brush into my UD velvetizer, pat it all over, then blend. It isn't still great for dry skin, but not "greasy"❣️
I’m the same way with the bareminerals stick foundation. I never returned it bc I wanted to love it so bad and I kept saying I’m going to try it one more time. Yet I keep buying new foundations and I keep putting it back farther on the back burner lol.
I couldn’t get the CT concealer to work for my dry skin either. I took it back and am now obsessed with the Tarte Creaseless concealer with the newer packaging.
I had a similar issue with IT’s Confidence in a Neck Cream. It turned my pajama tops orange at night, and a few sweaters in the daytime. It always washed out, but it annoyed me too much to keep using it.
I LOVED LOVED the Kush mascara in the initial trial size I got. Bought the big one and it was not good. Hot mess! So clumpy. I still have a pic of my lashes from the trial size. Amazing!
Glad to hear others aren't into CT. Pretty sure I am the only person, who originally so excited to buy the Pillow Talk Nordy anniversary trip, returned it. Sales lady thought I was nuts..but hated the formula. Didn't stay on, and the gloss...why bother? Left my lips within 5 minutes.
I've hung to my CT concealer even though I'm not find of it. It feels dry to me and the color is really off. However that money I spent on it makes me hang onto it.
I use the bare minerals foundation daily now but, at first i did not like it because of the same reason. I like to contour with it too. The cooling feeling is my favorite! To get it to look good on me, most of the day as it is alittle slippy, i do contour first then apply my foundation stick with a brush then set it all over quickly and it works like a dream. The dewyness is just right and i found a shade that matches my skin perfectly. Keep trying it! Also, you should probably get a darker shade. I use shade suade04 for my foundation and cedar11 for my contour.
I haven’t had a good time with that Charlotte Tilbury concealer either. I just basically stopped reaching for it. But I did see Shelley Wilson using it as a foundation on a video the other day and thought hmmm. I maybe should try it that way before I give up on it.
I don't own this, but would it work better for a no makeup look day as a spot foundation? I do that with concealors that don't work under my eyes, and it was a trick I learned from a @thataylaa no makeup look video!
You GOTTA wear yellow more often! You look like a modern day Belle. 🛎
Logan Miller or Tiana!
YES! 🥰
I’ve never seen a full face of Honest makeup. I hope you do! FYI, when I find moisturizers don’t work well enough, I use them on my feet at night, with socks. 😉
Dani P -I use those moisturizers on my hands at night. I can really see a good difference!
Dani P what a great idea!
Dani P - check out Allie Glines “I finally tried Honest Beauty Makeup” video
Yep me too but on my hands
Same, but I use them all over.
Thanks for validating the fact that high priced beauty doesn’t necessarily mean the best and most effective beauty products. Lots of ppl seem to need to know.:)
Liz Miller I agree
You should do a look using the items you put in the maybe pile 😂
Yes! Like a last chance video with a weartest
@@sinaendrulat5976 that's what I was thinking!!
Jessica!!! Back away from the maybe pile! You tried, it's ok to get rid of them🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
😂😂😂
Gahhh every time you went and put something in your “maybe” pile I was screaming noooooo Jess!!! You worked so hard to get rid of all of those products 😂
I used to Tati before she went all "Mean Girls". I'm so glad you're all positively! It's great that people like you are here who are as beautiful on the inside as the makeup they review!
I really never liked her but after that whole debacle I was so glad I never really got into her channel.
You know what’s funny. I just realized I haven’t been watching Tati after all that drama. I always loved and supported her, but something changed for me. I need upbeat and just makeup. That’s why I like it here.

I definitely prefer the Matt Revolution formula in the Charlotte Tilbury lipsticks! The Kissing is not a fave of mine!
I love the charlotte tilbury lipsticks. I havent used the 2 colours you mentioned but Bond Girl is by far my favourite lipstip of all time. It leaves a beautiful stain on my lips when it wears off.
Burju Vlogs me too! Same!
Love Bond Girl!! I've always had issues with lip products migrating outside my lip line but I use either the ColourPop lip primer or UD Primer Pencil and everything stays put!
Ditto!!!!
Me too. They are my favorite. I love the mattes and the kissing formulas. I have 4 but not her colors.
I love Bond Girl, too. In fact, three of my friends and I all bought it and it complements each of us in a slightly different way.
When you talked about the lines, I had a flash back to a live video, of you both talking about how he calms you down. Made me smile.
Jessica, just wanted to say you're doing such a great job! I always love your video ideas. You're so consistent, relatable and honest. There's something to be said for someone who always leaves you feeling good. I appreciate you making content for us regularly! 💕
Thank you so much!!! ❤️💕❤️
“That is OuR DrYEr! Hold on let me give it a talking to”
my fave part :)
I’m with you on the hourglass veil
Foundation. I never return products to Sephora but that one went right back!
The bare minerals stick and the ole
Henriksen primer I do enjoy.
I realized the same thing with Tati’s face products, not for me, but I usually love all the foundations you love.
I really love the bareminerals stick foundation! And I have oily skin lol! It’s so nice and light ! I do not use a sponge ever, only a brush or my fingers. But that being said we all have such different skin it’s so hard to know what’s going on with these things lmao 🥳
Halie Lynne same! I use a brush and LOVE IT!!! Bought it at the end of May and am almost done with it!!
Insane to me lol very happy with it
Lily Jay I always wanted a stick foundation but never pulled the trigger but I’m glad I did 🥰
Same and I use my fingers and it works so great and natural. She should give this one another chance.
I’m old enough to be your mother but I love watching your video. You’re funny, down to earth and I like the Lifestyle videos you put out.

I LOVE the Bare Minerals complexion rescue stick foundation!
That happens to me with the kush mascara too but if I put a primer on after it helps
The detangler leaves my hair feeling the same way the leave-in conditioner did so I'm very happy about that.🤸♀️
Beverly Collins same for me except I tried my kids Baby Sun Bum detangler and it worked too!
My vote for best quote of the video "let's put our shoulders down". Love it. Hugs from central Ontario, Canada 🇨🇦😺
I love love love the Bare Minerals stick foundation. It works so well on my super dry skin. 😀
I find I can’t use foundation sticks until winter... warmer months and they literally slide down my face .
I also returned the charollett concealer!!!
I love the Bare Minerals stick, love love it! Looks like my skin, feels cooling. I don’t use primer w it either.
Try 01 Gold Dust in the TF bronzer it’s got a beautiful satin shimmer a little warm toned.
😍. Ummmmm totally going to try this! Do you like swipe both on your face separately then mix, or do you mix them on your hand first then apply?
I hated the Hourglass foundation when I first bought it. I found that if you use a cushion foundation sponge to apply it looks STUNNING.
I'm about to finish my second tube of lanolips. I only use the clear ones as overnight lip masks and they are fantastic that way.
For me, the Charlotte Tilbury concealer sucked with the sponge tip applicator on so I ripped it off and the formula seems so much better. It’s like the product got really dry and gross in the sponge but doesn’t if you rip it off!
I've been having a rough day today, and watching this video is kind of just... therapeutic. Thanks for helping me feel a bit better :)
I’m so glad girl!! ❤️❤️ I think a lot of us have had some recent wonky days - must be something going around 💕
Just today, I watched a video from Lisa J and she was using the Charlotte Tilbury Concealer in a light color as well. She indicated that the only way she uses it is over another concealer that gives her the coverage she wants, then she’ll use the Charlotte concealer on top as a brightener....FYI
Also, great video Jess❣️ Very entertaining 🥰
LOVE your outfit in this vid😍 Thanks for always making me laugh!! You’re such a light in this community. I hope you & your family are doing well!

*"Sometimes, freaking 20($), L'oreal!"*

😂😂😂
Yes, I realized I stopped buying their makeup products!

I adore your shirt and the colorful nails!
The Matte Revolution lipsticks from Charlotte Tilbury are absolutely amazing! They never slide all over the place and they are so lovely on the lips.
When you try that bare minerals foundation again, try adding a little mac paintpot on your nose! I have dry skin especially on my nose and it never makes me looks cakey or weird but helps even the worst foundations last on my nose so much better throughout the day!

I can’t even explain how much I LOATHE that banana bright primer! And I don’t like that scent so it sticks that it never dissipates!
Tati gave me my absolute favorite SPF, of all time, and it's pricey but it's Coola, it smells amazing and is very moisturizing, I love it!!!
Great video! A few years ago, right around 35, I finally came to the conclusion that packaging is almost completely irrelevant. What is in side and how that works is really only what matters. I love your shirt!!
For SPF I love the Australian Gold tinted one. It’s amazing under makeup.
Uploaded just as I got out of my work uniform, yaaaaas! Also it’s nice to hear that you and Tati have differing opinions, I always hate when I dislike something either you or her recommends but hearing you say that you like different things makes me feel better (although I haven’t gotten a dud from your recommendations in a loooong time)
Fyrinspector1923 it’s her job to review so why wouldn’t she accept pr. Bring your negativity elsewhere
Try the Aveeno physical spf! It takes a good bit of rubbing in of course but it doesn’t budge all day
Hahaha I love that you have a second chance pile!!! I am the same same Way!!!
I just wanted to thank you for introducing me to the covergirl concealer!! It’s so good

I ❤️the color of your shirt and it looks good on you.. Thanks for the info on some of those products..
With the CT lipstick I line my lips with Bite lipliner and than powder my lips before putting on the lipstick and it really helps!!
I totally agree with you about the milk mascara. It gets everywhere!
Oh my gosh your eyelashes girl. I saw the video where you tried that mascara but seeing your lashes on this video I'm sold.
Yes, PLEASE! Do a full face of Honest Beauty. My skin has begun to get ultra sensitive as I'm getting older, so I'm staying away from some ingredients. My skin is clearing up!
Clicked so fast! Hi from Michigan, speaking of expensive could you review the new Pat McGrath Foundation?!
Zaley Sensing ooo someone else from Michigan 🙌
@@krystalfukinmarie757 and another one from the mitten state ☺🤚
Yes please review it!
Shari P woooo!🙌🙌🙌
"That is our dryer! Hold on. Let me give it a talking to!"
Amazing!
Mustard yellow is very now and not puky at all. Love your vids 😊
This video should have been titled ‘talking myself into keeping my decluttered makeup’.
Omg 😂

I LOOOVE the bare minerals foundation.
I hated that Milk mascara too for the same reasons.
I've hung to my CT concealer even though I'm not find of it. It feels dry to me and the color is really off. However that money I spent on it makes me hang onto it.
Mug trail was adorable - so real!!
Love your shirt! And the lighting in this video looks so natural! Love it over some other recent vids. Great spf recommendations!
I still need to try the Hourglass seamless foundation. I do love their foundation stick tho. But catching on to all the dry patches??!! Yikes!!
