Holy hell, I’m only half way trough and I’m buzzing off his energy!! What a bloke.
This guy was great to listen to.
I could listen to his stories all day!
This man is the definition of adapt and overcome.
I'm binge watching these minuets with interviews, this is the first one in quite a few that's been a positive story overall. Not some kidnap, hostage or survivor if something. Nice breather
Best one yet! What an incredible guy and story teller 😮
this guy is the most wholesome dude ever, its amazing how much hes gone thru and he still manages to keep up his enthusiasm and humor
Character building they called it in those days, bullying they call it now 😂, really enjoyed this , seems a nice guy obviously tough as nails
Big Phil is the man, his books are so good! Highly recommended! ❤
nah him yeeting a mini fridge at a somali pirate has me DYING 😭😂
No matter what he has done, which is obviously plenty. I just know I would enjoy a pint with this fella discussing anything at all. Military service has suited him well and the rest of us. Thank You Big Phil

Great interview 👍 thanks for your service big man from pissin down rain Scotland 😁 ✌ 🏴
Phil certainly can tell a gripping tale. He's like a magnet. I know the regiment - his type. My father Terry Jickells was in the SAS for 22 years. He knew a fair bit and characters like Phil well. Good going Phil - yeah never quit. Peace. Mark (Hereford)

Good example of a man who makes the best of what he hast to work with!
Phil is an absolute gent, really fantastic story teller and public speaker. Saw him give talks on a P&O cruise I was on going around the Mediterranean back in 2018 I believe. Stayed afterwards to shake hands with people and sign his book. A real advertisement for the forces
Lobbing a fridge at a Somalian pirate is the greatest thing I've heard 😂😂😂
Hope he told them to "chill out" as he launched it.
