Tip for the top of enclosure hvac tape is easy and super effective.

When we used tanks we would cover the sides with construction paper as well as the back if it doesn't have a fancy background already like yours.

Do you have any trouble keeping humidity or temp here in Iowa? In az keeping humidity was sometimes a challenge depending the type of enclosure.
In the winter it is very difficult. I have 2 humidifiers running and have to fill them every 12 to 24 hours. In the summer it's not very hard at all.

How often you clean it when he poops?
I check daily, if there is rated or poop, I clean it right away. Then I do a deep clean of the enclosure and change the substrate every 4 weeks.
Ball Pythons usually only poop once a week though.
