- In this video I I give a walk around tour of the finished bike and talk about how I made the exhausts and a few other parts. Tracey is busy in the kitchen and the birds and hedgehog makes an appearance. Hope you enjoy it, I have a lot of fun making my videos.
"I made the bike by following a model makers guide book". I am sorry Allen I believe that the rest of us mere mortals have now closed our garages and are hanging out heads in shame.
What an amazing thing to behold.....and I am not talking about Tracey and her scones.

Allen expresses the same amazement at his wife’s cooking skills as everyone here feels about his amazing fabricating skills.

Cooking is the second-hardest thing I can think of. Only cleaning is harder.
At least I can follow what he’s doing. I’ve done some it. Forming the steel sheet with hammer and mandrel is something I recall doing 40 years ago. Still have the mandrel I made 30+ years ago.

Legend has it, Allen was stranded on a desert island with only his hacksaw and Swiss army knife. As luck would have it he found a sheet of aluminium, made a jet ski and rescued himself.
And it came out puuuurfect
"I used some coconut leaves to buff and polish the hull for better control - it worked out wonderfully - im quite chuffed"
then uses rescue JetSki to win some boating show by just riding by while having a cupcake.....

........and carries a calipers around just in case something needs measuring !!!!! (although I must admit I've done things very similar)

@@jeffzekas.Ahh my daughter has one of those too, very good 👍. I was a plastic injection mould toolmaker for 27 years with an engineering degree and it still boggles my mind the skill and attention to detail Allen has.

And that hacksaw is the most unlikely tool I use other than cut small woods... I'm so ashamed...
How to make reverse cones and if you play the kitchen bits backwards you can have reverse scones.
When you think of the rubbish they class as modern art these days, something like this deserves to be in the Tate Gallery or my living room. To think you had guidance from a model makers catalogue to help make this, wow. Now where's my Airfix Lancaster Bomber instructions.

I remember buying an english motorcycle magazine when I was a kid and reading about a custom made Kawasaki Z V12 made by Mr. Millyard. 20 years later there's UA-cam. These videos are really interesting and I have watched them repeatedly a few times. Regards from Japan.

Always sad when one of Allen's videos has to end, but happy my life has been made better by watching them! Looking forward to the fairing, tank and seat vid!
What a lovely guy this Allen Millyard is! That's apart from being an inventive and engineering genius. He should have his own television show - entertaining, educational, amusing and utterly self-effacing. There's no prima donna here. Just the real thing. Thanks Allen!
This Guy does more with a hacksaw and a file than most Machine Shops , awesome.
When I go to my garage I just clean my bikes , when Allen goes to his garage, he creates his. Bloody marvellous.
Just once, after fabricating some ridiculously intricate part, I want to hear Allen say, “I then assembled it… and it was a total disaster”. Somehow I suspect I’ll never live to see that day. What a legend.
Whilst I am fairly impressed by how you built those exhausts, what has completely blown me away is how the hedgehog built that house! It's amazing!
Allen's exhausts are better than original Honda, so he welds on imitation seams to make them authentic. Brilliant.

I've only just come across these & I'm amazed. This is engineering craftsmanship at the highest level. Gifted & tenacious. Watching the one cone being made, then just another five to put together! And much of the museum quality detail from a selection of photos in a magazine. Not even using the Internet! Brilliant & I'm hooked on watching the rest now.
Fantastic machine, excellent engineering. Hedgehog struck it lucky with his house and food. Great entertainment and thanks for sharing.
Poor Tracey, Allen comes into the kitchen with his vernier calipers and she still works in imperial! Poor Charlie Weaver with his broken arm, and he wasn't 3 sheets to the wind! But the Swiss Army Knife got a look in!

There are jealous losers, i have 1 whos been on my case since 2014. Hes got a little gang of other jealous losers to down vote my videos to ruin my channel. They also post vile racist comments about my thai wife and our child.
UA-cam do nothing to stop it, they do restrict my channel tho so i cant get past 20 views per upload. I have slowly got to 390 subs, but no one gets notifications of uploads.
The thumbs downs are from actual thumbs protesting at the abuse Allen has subjected his to, especially that left one..
Crazy! How can any human being see the work, (the Art!) this man does, and decide to give it a thumbs down!??? It’s very sad that there are even a tiny percentage of people who don’t understand how special this is....

The ‘powder’ Tracy puts on the board is almost certainly flour. You do the making, let Tracy do the baking. I love Honda sixes. Brilliant bike as ever, I bet the scones were great too.
Throughout history there have been masters in all forms of art and sculpture. You sir, are one of those masters. To me it's beautiful.

Allen can use a hand held hacksaw to cut with such a presicion that a micro surgeon would envy. The man is pure genius.

Love this bike, it is like a well-polished jewel and runs accordingly, and is show-stoppingly beautiful.
Hedgehog Hagen has got to be a nod to the shock absorber makers, surely. As usual, very informative and attention to detail is superb
Pure perfection. A tad disappointed that Tracey doesn't take a cuppa and a cake out to Allen, leaving him to go and get.
I am 68 and built a couple of choppers.. The last one was in 2012 and I made it with an AMEN Savior frame and a KZ1000 engine I put together from parts from several models including KZ900, Z1900& 1978-1980 KZ1000. The hardest part of the entire build was the exhaust... 4 into 4 pieced together and didn't turn out half as good as this ToTally handmade six into six Allen built from scratch... Damn this guy does the best work I have ever seen.
Some are good at what they do, others are masters and true artists, jaw dropping and if curing cancer was Allen Millyard's passion, we probably would have solved it already, and probably with a green plant he found in his backyard....

What a machine. Honda really got it right the first time, including the '79 CBX. That 6-cylinder row is a thing of a beauty. When it leans into the turn, it's like a big chested female gracefully leaning onto the side... Anyhow, that CBX red tank is more sensual than anything I've seen. Harley-Davidson is the best motorcycle in the world, but Honda has an edge over them with their straight 6-cylinder perfection, and the looks and sound to match.
