I show you how to upgrade the B9.5 (MY 2020+) Audi Q5 basic grill to the S-Line/SQ5 grill. Hope this video helps other Audi Q5 owners.

I'm planning to do the same thing on my car, but all I can find on the internet is without that striker plate. What does exactly this striker plate do? can I to the swap without the striker plate? Thanks
@@liviu1090 you need that striker plate for reinforcement and to help mount the two outer grill pieces.
I just picked up a white 2021 Q5 and would like to do the same. Do you have link to the grille in the video? I am struggling to find. I did find the black Audi rings, which looks like you must have had to order separately from the black grille.
Here are the two part numbers for the grill, each belonging to a different version/build of the car:
