My Toyota camry 2012 Model starts rattling noise when Coolant Temperature sensor is on. And when i plug it off,the car runs in a perfect condition like a brand new car..can expert suggests what could be the fault.

Cheap scanner, a real tool, can actually read the sensor to see if it's truly defective.

The coolant temp sensor is on top of the engine in this car is it not...? Right in front of the bleed valve

What if I check and that wasn't the problem it won't stay idle what do I do
If it's not overheating and your throttle body is electronic, try to clean it
If it's wire throttle body
check the idle control valve
