Thank you for this! Question for you, which would you say is the best option, the STS 724, ColDesi 24h2, or the Mimaki TXF 150-75? I’m getting quotes for all but this is a new venture for us so I’m trying to get as much info as possible. Of course each vendor will tell me theirs is the best lol. Thank you!
I must say the physical footprint of the machines should tell you a lot about how old the technology is under the hood of the actual printers. Something to keep in mind when looking at the last 2 you mentioned. That being said, it should come down to your training, warranty protection and after purchase support with equipment like this
@@AAPrintSupplyCo Good information thank you! I was surprised/worried about the STS Bc they just ship and don’t install it, all training and set up is virtual. It looks simple enough as long as the oven comes ready to plug in lol. Not sure which companies sell the STS aside from Grimco here in Florida.
@@trashentertainment2974 STS is Florida based just putting that out there and we do ship nationwide that model. Are you set on a 24" direct to film printer? Would a 16" wide be sufficient? Remember, graphics can always be rotated for additional size on a roll printer
Reason I ask is we have this available that is installed and trained on site: aaprintsupplyco.com/products/prestige-l2-dtf-roll-printer?variant=40089260326996 with a considerable speed increase for output
@@AAPrintSupplyCo yea I see they are in Boca Raton which is a 4 hour hike from Tampa. I’m trying to set a day aside during normal business hours. Can we switch to email? Is yours published? Thanks!!
As far as application it should be pressed at between 310-320 F for between 15-20 seconds. Reference your individual films instructions as to whether it is a cold, warm or hot peel. LASTLY, I always perform a finishing press after the peel WITH A COVER SHEET for 5 seconds, same temp used to apply
Hello, just as Apple will release new iPhones on a regular basis it is not uncommon for manufacturers in other industries to release new products. These new machines will include updated features and technological advancements in their field and, like Apple, will result in a sunsetting of older technologies no longer set to be produced. Between the two, the updated model will feature faster print speed, improved RIP software and upgraded white ink management systems. Hello, as of now we have not prepared a video on such a process. When you power on the machine I believe there should be on screen instructions to follow step by step!
Hey there, yes! These models would be ideal to pair with a machine of this speed: aaprintsupplyco.com/collections/direct-to-film-transfer-dtf-equipment?page=1&rb_snize_facet2=Equipment&rb_filter_ptag_18a491c78315ffe4f4b81514877eccf4=VJ-628D

Why did the discontinue the VJ-628D-C? And what's the big difference between the two?

I need help get my printer from long storage to get back into printing.

How fast is the printhead compared to the VJ? STS inks have been reported to have poor customer support. I hope they have improved.
Hey there, we are looking at a slight increase of 10%. 320CPS VS 400CPS
can you pair a shaker with it?
