Hey there, double checked with our friends at STS for this one: should be fine to turn off. No risk at that point of ink to dry in the lines. If you're transporting it, be sure to lock that printhead!
so on final step you dont leave any cartridge in when it does the discharge? do you put the 724 in sleep mode with no cartridges and left on while in long store mode?
Correct, as prompted we removed the cartridges before moving to discharge. Since we had properly prepped the machine for long term storage we actually were able to turn our machine off with no worry on operation when we are ready to resume printing
My Dtf Guy is always repairing his machines!!! I would rather source it out. I almost financed one but seeing him struggle just scared me. And he bought them NEW!!!
Hello, as of now we have not prepared a video on such a process. When you power on the machine I believe there should be on screen instructions to follow step by step!
When you are ready to use again do you just add ink cartridges back in or is there a process?
Hello, the process would be the same as the initial ink charge upon unboxing. All instructions step by step on screen:)
You guys are amazing!! ❤
We workin!
After we remove the cartridges and it discharges can we leave the cartridges out and leave the machine turned on?
