- Welcome to Majestic Scotland. It was a very long journey (for us in the UK!) up to Scotland, an eight hour jouney for Mum and I to a lovely cottage near a village called Boat of Garten where we stayed for a week. As Mum doesn't walk we did a lot of driving around enjoying the stunning scenery from the car. You are very welcome to join us on our travels! There will be some more video's coming soon of the gardens and places we visited so please look out for those and remember 'If you look the right way, you can see that the whole world is a garden'.
Dedicated to my Scottish Ancestors, the Border Clan Trotter, also known as border reivers(raiders) but were more latterly used to keep peace in the border marshes! • The Wild West of Scotl... @celtichistorydecoded makes some fantastic informative videos, I'd highly recommend you watch his channel!

Spent 12 days in Scotland this summer and it is a beautiful country. Learned so much about its history and the cooler weather was wonderful. Hope we can return one day! Loved this video and accompanying music-thank you, Justin.
You're very welcome, the scenery is just amazing at every turn it never fails to impress. It was fairly warm when I was there but then I think it cooled off and rained for a month!! Hope you can return too, I hope to as well :-)
Love Scotland as it has the most wonderful scenery. We stayed in Kyle of Lochalsh and visited Eilean Donan Castle. We also went to Skye. We were able to see otters from our cottage. I remember having the nicest steak I've ever tasted when we were there. Just a shame that the journey from Cheshire is so long otherwise we'd go more often. Hope you and your mum had a good time.
We have stayed around there too, it was a few years ago and we could see across the loch, memories you never forget! Didn't see any otters though but did see a pinemarten! It is quite a long way, took eight hours from here in East Yorks so I imagine it wouldn't have been much better for you!

Looks amazing - I would love to visit Scotland (so far just had a brief trip to Edinburgh in my 20's). Trouble is it's a long journey from the south coast of England so a lot of time and planning is required! I hope you had a great time, lovely as it is I am sure you were itching to get back to your own garden - I always am.
