It's 3 years later since you uploaded this and I'm watching it haha! The bigger Cargo backpack is on sale for Black Friday and I couldn't find a review except for yours, so thank you!
Love your reviews, always interesting and informative. While I am not into backpacks, much of what you are saying applies to what I use (Briggs&Riley deluxe tote and a Pacsafe bag). I recently acquired a Stegman bag. Thank you
Miss your gear reviews. Have a few pieces of Maxpedition that I use as carry-on and checked luggage, based on your raves of that brand. I like Think Tank bags on sling as camera/laptop/day packs.
Loved this review! It was very informative. I was looking for a review video about the Eddie Bauer Cargo Pack and I loved that you compared the three different Eddie Bauer Cargo sizes. I will definitely be looking at your other videos.
I bought one of their cargo backpacks in July for EDC, in and out of work. The product is made of lightweight materials and apparently sprayed with a DWR chemical/garment stiffener, which wore off by November, leaving it looking and carrying like a floppy bag of laundry. Other probs-- Mesh bottle holders are marginal, barely tall enough to keep a water bottle or 16oz travel cup secured. Sternum straps are attached using snaps, which easily open and fall off when not being used. No scuff guard on the bottom surface. Zippers are not water resistant. Their solution was to sew a storm flap over the two for the main compartment. The others (specifically the two small elex pockets) have none. Luckily I bought mine on sale, because tomorrow it's going to Goodwill. Won't buy another EB backpack. Very disappointed.
Man thank you I was looking everywhere for more pics of the pockets etc of the cargo backpack. Very helpful

Greatly appreciate these gear reviews, and that you’re a fellow fan of Dave Canterbury! A pleasant way for worlds to collide, indeed!
