The menu and food are similar to Legend of Taste in Whitestone. To survive, these restaurants have to put Chinese-American dishes on the menu, but the Sichuan dishes are where they shine. Also, they need some non-spicy dishes for the little ones 🙂 New Hyde Park is not far. I have to try Chef Wang soon.
I think Long Island probably does have good Chinese. May not be as good as NYC but compared to Pennsylvania suburbs (where I grew up) it should be an improvement
Fortune Wheel in Levittown is legit, so is New Orient in Bethpage. HK style dim sum on weekends. Authentic Chinese Cantonese cuisine. O’Mandarin is too bougie whitewashed for me. You also go the Orient Garden in New Hyde Park as well for Cantonese cuisine

I doubt it's any good or authentic. When you opened that book of a menu, you gave it up.

Looks good. Too bad it’s in Long Island, such a racist place.
