I love this video. This is absolutely what it's like playing live. You can't hear anything that anyone else is playing so you need to know your part 100% with no cues. Everyone who wants to play in a band needs to listen to this. All the UA-cam watchers hearing perfect "live" audio mixes thinking that's what it's like, Haha 99% of the time not even close.
That’s my take away from this, it reminds me a lot of when I played drums in a metal band, you could hardly ever heard the other instruments or vocals, so it’s all rhythmic memory and tons of practice. Definitely a badass angle to capture.
