  • The Holidays are a merry good time until you start to notice that all the parties, gatherings, and dinners have caught up with you and you’re starting to wear leggings more than your jeans.
    What if I told you that there is a trick to avoiding the extra unwanted Holiday pounds? It’s sticking to a routine! Aim to wake up at the time you normally would, go to bed at a reasonable hour, and take the time to get in some movement.
    I always like to start my day with a breakfast that’s high in protein and fats so that I feel satiated and less likely to snack on any holiday cookies lying around. Some of my favorites are smoked salmon and eggs, or my delicious breakfast meatballs - all available on my blog 😉
