      It's similar to an addiction where I'm chasing the stretch. My ideas and opinions towards calisthenics have definitely changed for the hypertrophic. It's going to be interesting convincing myself to do burpees again.

      ​@@PaulfromOregonyeah. I did 50 hindu pushups in a row yesterday as a warmup, the number was psychologically hard to get through, the old me would have been ok with a 100 or more, new me doesn't like anything over 10
