- In this video I take a piece of Walnut slab and turn it into this unique looking clock! I wrapped the edge with steel and used the inventables X-Carve to do the engraving and cutting of the circle. Thank you to Inventables to for sponsoring this video, check out the links below to learn more about the X-Carve and the free online Easel Software.

This is so cool. It would also look cool with a colored clear epoxy in those voids with a hidden light on the back. GREAT JOB!
Nice work. When you make something yourself and it has a story to it, it has so much more meaning (as I'm sure you know). Anybody can go out and buy something, but to build it yourself is an indescribable feeling. Very nice...
Thank you, thats why I love making things so much!
It really looks great! And, for sure, the bond that it has with someone so dear to you it's the priceless added value to it. Beautiful work on many levels!
Pretty artsy there! Sweet project!
Beautiful Job! And such a meaningful choice for the wood! 🙏

Great until you have an appointment at 11:30 😁. Nice work mate 👍
I see woodworking is an expensive hobby cause it's all about having the right tools! Thanks for this great video. Was curious if me making my own live edge clock can be less pricey than buying on Etsy. Though supporting artists is nice too. Luckily there's a woodworker near me who specializes in local live edge wood.
That's a beauty.
Thank you!
Your channel is great, subscribed. Well done!
Nice work bro
Awesome! I’m working on one now. What do you use on the back to hang it?
Nice! I put a picturing hanging loop on the back with some screws, worked well!
