I really appreciated when you posted bullet points of videos like exercise name and the timer it starts at in video. Sometimes im in a hurry so i peruse through the video. I watch it in detail later. Those milestones help a lot.

Hi john, I gave birth to my second child, a baby boy via emergency c section on the 30th June, he was premature and I had complications with my pregnancy that’s why he was born early. We are home and doing ok now after having to go into special care for a short while. I’m taking time off of UA-cam for a little while, I always watch your videos and that’s why I’m informing you as I’m a regular. I hope you are doing well. I made myself a reverse-hyper setup, I think I need to put together something for glute/ham raise too. Another excellent video, John, please keep it up!

That glute ham raise/Nordic drops are a great exercise. Our gyms aren't open and I can't figure out from my basement what I can hook my feet for a grip for when I drop so I'll have to keep this exercise for later. Great exercise though and nice trio for hammies. Thanks John!
What do you think about doing the eccentric on the glute-ham super slow, with some iso holds, then fast on the concentric (don't push yourself up)? These are very hard!
All jokes and comments aside, it really is good to toss in some variety. I think getting a girl in with what I imagine what most ladies achieve for in fitness would be relatable to my girl friends and they won’t doubt when I say that these trainings are for ladies as well.
I love your videos John but the only thing is that a lot of the equipment your using lately seems to be machines you don't see at the commercial/normal gyms that many ppl might go to

This same technique (eccentric strain, help it back up) is exactly how I went from 4 pull-ups to 12 at 5'8", 200 lbs.
