John, thanks for demonstrating range stop point for the dumbell pullovers. I see so many peeps at the gym going too far with this exercise, essentially putting stress on the front delts. I also really like the angles you're using in this video to hit the entire lats. The lats are a long muscle group that often get short-changed by developing only the upper. Long developed lats are a thing of beauty.

what about for un even lats? i recently noticed my one lat is shorter than the other. it didnt used to be like this. i noticed it when i started doing pull overs to stretch my lats and chest on chest and back days. my left shoulder kept getting tight , i had to go in with a lacrosse ball to open up the knot for few weeks and focus on the rear delts. it got better but now i have un even lats
