    Lat pulldown 3sx10, not too heavy
    Superset 2 sets (3-4 if not coming back to this)
    Lat rows 10
    Dumbell pullover 10
    TRX rows
    2 sets to failure (or 3-4 cus you are beast mode)
    Reverse hyper mech
    2s to failure

    John, thanks for demonstrating range stop point for the dumbell pullovers. I see so many peeps at the gym going too far with this exercise, essentially putting stress on the front delts. I also really like the angles you're using in this video to hit the entire lats. The lats are a long muscle group that often get short-changed by developing only the upper. Long developed lats are a thing of beauty.

    Damn I wish my gym had better machines ugh. That chest supported row machine looks amazing! The older I get the more I come to appreciate machines.

    If anyone else who also watch your vid´s and live in Sweden - what gym has that?!
    Oh, and thanks btw, your vid's has helped me a lot lately.
    Workout 45 min. a day, then work for around 8 - 9 hrs.. Which also is like a workout (contractor/storage guy).

    what about for un even lats? i recently noticed my one lat is shorter than the other. it didnt used to be like this. i noticed it when i started doing pull overs to stretch my lats and chest on chest and back days. my left shoulder kept getting tight , i had to go in with a lacrosse ball to open up the knot for few weeks and focus on the rear delts. it got better but now i have un even lats
