Pedal dance can be achieved only when car is warm. Start car, pump brake twice and hold, handbrake down and up twice, pump brakes twice and the TRC light will come on. I've tested this on standard spec, hi-spec and facelift cars at the skidpan.
Hey man, thanks! Unfortunately you can't through Toyota...I haven't tried looking to see if one can get it loaded aftermarket. Perhaps you can try with one of those good radio sound system places, maybe they able to figure it out But as like I've said Toyota won't do it, and said it's too old to even bother. They would only recommend their new ones.
To add to the pedal dance: it has to be done within 30 seconds of the car STARTING. Warm it up, turn it off, start it, and then do the pedal dance.
