Excedrin also has Paracetamol, which was on the long list of medications known to cause Granulomatous Interstitial Nephritis. So it may have been the combination of NSAID+Paracetamol, or Paracetamol alone which caused the lesion. Of course none of that explains the angiitis an simple cessation of Excedrin would not have been enough. Thanks for doing these cases, it really does help my understanding and thought process IRL.
