You should watch Migro and Dr MJ Coco for all your light information Shane at Migro knows his stuff. And he does ppffd tests on most lights the Vipar spectra X's 1500 pro has the Best distribution of light I've seen on any light of it's size. I'm running two in my 2x4 One of my DOS Si DOS 33 pheno didn't stretch as much as the other so having the ability to adjust lights individually is awesome
I definitely like those 2 a lot and have seen their take on the light. I actually bought them on Dr. MJ’s recommendation. This is less of a review and more my unboxing impressions on the light itself. So far i love these lights and plan on keeping them for a while. This setup is almost perfect for what I had in mind. I like the hard data on the light but always want to see how my ladies react in real world scenarios. Thank you so much for the comment i really appreciate it!😄
just got one today . in the early 2010s i spent like 6-800$ for 400 actual watts. got this on prime day sale with additional 8% discount and it ended up being under $80 bucks lol.
it is a seriously great light! My plants and I are loving them so far. Right now they are in a 2x4. One is over a mother plant of Square 1 Genetics Frozen Fuel that I found a great pheno from. The other is lighting some cuts I took form that mother. Thank you so much for the comment and I really appreciate it!
thanks...just wondering about it's red spectrum.... seems some of these other lights folks are happy with have a little more 6-700 nm red.... I just wish the ballast could be removed, tryin to find one that is designed that way with good specs.... might be impossible unless I wanted to get into wiring stuff which would void any warranties, which I do not. @@theinnerforest
I have not. Both of mine are still going strong after all this time. I run a perpetual grow and these are my vegetation lights. They have been going every day,18hrs on, and 6 off with zero problems so far.

After 5 months I couldn’t be happier. They are a super solid buy, I can definitely recommend. Hope this helps

just wanted to state that we no longer call 730nm infrared but farred as its only infrared from 800- 850 allegedly
Thank you for the update. Yeah I was, at the time, reading from their spec sheet.
2 red leds have already started breaking after 2 days. anybody experiencing the same?

Nice! It’s a very good light and you should be happy with your purchase 😁
