You can put on a lowering link. I'm 5 foot 5 and this is what I'm going to do to whatever adventure bike I purchase and the T7 is 1 of the bike that's on the top of my list with the suzuki 800de
It’s a tall bike alright but I think manageable especially if you lower it as suggested. You’ll get used to it but it will be a bit difficult at the start I’d say until you build the confidence. I’m not exactly a giant myself at 5’9”, I lowered it at the start but once the confidence grew I put it back
@motorbikediaries I would wish these bikes had a 120 horsepower. With a mode button that you can reduce it to about 80 for off road /gravel roads, Unfortunately, bikes with that kind of power weight too much.
@@gsxrkz Honestly I really don’t think it’s necessary. It’s such a fun bike on the road the only time I’ve ever wished it had more HP is when I’m in a straight line going to work. But honestly even if it had more HP it wouldn’t be usable with the tyres I run, too dangerous. One thing I’ve learned with the T7 is to accept it for what it is. It’s not going to be perfect for everything just like any bike. It’s all a compromise with the best option being to own multiple bikes 😂
@motorbikediaries Can't disagree with you on any of those points. I guess it's just for long traveling across the country as I live in Canada and the roads seem to never end, boring straight lines. Nice to have extra power.🍻
@@motorbikediaries cool truing to plan a trip soon to slade castle as my grandfather was a Laffan and i hear there is a castle there that they once had as a clan. Part of a tour to all my grandparents homelands i want to do, Ireland Germany and Italy.
How does access/ right to roam work the republic ? , are these trails marked similar to the UK Byways, RUPP’s allowing public access on off road bikes ? .
Truly beautiful scenery. Maybe one day I'll visit? I'm glad you got away from those possible thieves!
That would have tested the heart rate, having to escape drunk people trying to steal your bike while trying not to fall off lol.
Nice to find your channel fellow vlogger! T7 is my dream bike but at 5'6" they are way too tall lol. Enjoying the footage.

No unfortunately it’s nothing like the UK. All forms of off-road is not allowed
Nice video what do you use for audio?
Cheers, I use a GoPro with the media mod and an external mic running into the helmet. Works well
