    use more defence like blocking or dodging, use footwork, speed no power and keep your hands up while punching, aim high not low and don't swing with your arms. Hope that helps. keep the grind on.

    Exhale the air hard when you punch = cardio gain.
    When you throw a punch keep the other arm glued to your chin, very often you let it fall when you swing your jab or hook to the body.
    Strike with your metacarpus preferably with the two first.
    Wear a mouth guard when you practice to get used to it.
    Stop looking at yourself in the camera and focus.
    Hit higher because your jabs/ cross are to the body and your “body hooks” are to the legs.
    Keep your guard up when you move and it would be interesting to see your footwork.
    For a beginner it is preferable to have a very compact guard, I advise you to be very compact when you can "be touched" by the bag and when you are at a distance you can lower your arms to rest.
    When you are exhausted (from the middle of the video) the little guard you had disappears, it's dangerous.
    Don't let your opponent know that you are tired, in these moments perhaps use less complicated shots (only direct ones) and favor footwork. While keeping your arms high and your elbows close together.

      Maybe to train your guard, keep somthing like a glove or a tennis ball under your armpit. If it fall you have a bad guard.

    Bro, you are throwing the punches wrong, your hand should return to the guard after each punch, straighten your shoulder during the punch and do not hit these straight punches downwards, it is best if you went to some training at a good boxing gym, the same with hook punches, you perform them with a limited range of motion. of course, respect for you that you are trying and doing something, but if you want to learn boxing well, as I said
