use more defence like blocking or dodging, use footwork, speed no power and keep your hands up while punching, aim high not low and don't swing with your arms. Hope that helps. keep the grind on.

Your punches should come from your legs and not your arms. Favor rounds of 3 minutes and one minute of rest, rather than 30Try to work on these small, simple and effective combos, rather than elaborate and overly large combos. Jab - Cross - Jab Jab - Jab - Cross Jab - Cross - Hook Jab - Cross.
Exhale the air hard when you punch = cardio gain. When you throw a punch keep the other arm glued to your chin, very often you let it fall when you swing your jab or hook to the body. Strike with your metacarpus preferably with the two first. Wear a mouth guard when you practice to get used to it. Stop looking at yourself in the camera and focus. Hit higher because your jabs/ cross are to the body and your “body hooks” are to the legs. Keep your guard up when you move and it would be interesting to see your footwork. For a beginner it is preferable to have a very compact guard, I advise you to be very compact when you can "be touched" by the bag and when you are at a distance you can lower your arms to rest. When you are exhausted (from the middle of the video) the little guard you had disappears, it's dangerous. Don't let your opponent know that you are tired, in these moments perhaps use less complicated shots (only direct ones) and favor footwork. Maybe to train your guard, keep somthing like a glove or a tennis ball under your armpit. If it fall you have a bad guard.

It all comes from the feet you need to be in and out and rolling and slipping angles when the bag swings back. Ita good to throw power but throwing the shot slow and clean can do wonders for technician. You can have a low jab hand like froch or bivol but your rear hand needs to remain high and you will have to be in and out with your feet to avoid check hooks.
Ill be honest your hands need to be higher, as do your punches. I boxed competitively for 6 years in my 20's and i can see something in you for sure. Looking at you i think you may have some underlying talent, find a ABC and go and get some coaching and solid feedback and sparring, you have fast hands and good power! Keep it up man! Good work bro I like how you move your head around a lot its gonna make you rly hard to hit (obviously) I would recommend saving up or investing in a top of the line heavy bag but keep up the great work!
I actually came to see your more recent videos to see if you improved and you definitely have. No need to have proper form any time soon, it's obvious your hands are staying higher and closer to your upper chest than just completely dropping. If I had to recommend anything next, hold the gloves up to your face "Peekaboo" style. Don't need to be squared up with the bag like how Tyson does it, but it's gonna work the endurance in your arms heavily so you can always defend and punch when ready.

Yeah, the high guard. I actually do that a lot in my videos. But in this one, I was completely gassed out because of the sweater that I was wearing.
When throwing your Crosses, you should develop some habit to raise the shoulder to cover your chin/cheek as you punch from that side. If a guy is throwing a hook at the same time and you miss, your literally screwed. Keep the head defended. If you wanna condition properly, you must not drop them. Your trying to develop those muscles anyways, pulling up only to block isn't gonna condition you enough. You gotta do what everyone else does and understand why. There are many variations of all six punches in boxing. Learn which ones work with you and develop their skills. Just like any competition or even video games, abusing the advantages and working to defend the disadvantages is just how to play "Meta." Every competition has a "Meta" in some way (Except opinionated stuff like art). Don't copy anyone's specific style too. Take bits from people, but work with what feels most natural at first and work on them. Once your comfortable with that skill set, start working on stuff that may not feel so natural and work that. Boxing is all about hitting and not being hit, and if two people are good at boxing, it's just a very dangerous "dance."

Has your bag got a hook on the bottom? If so it would be a good idea to invest in a weight to anchor the bag so u can work on power shots and explosiveness as well as timing and combinations.

Recently. I got the boxing bag a while ago, but I didn't really use it that much.
And I'm just doing boxing as a form of cardio. I lift weights, go running and go climbing. So my training isn't based only on boxing.
What brand of bag is that? . Im a fan of thai bags myself for practicing jimping knees but this is good . Keep up the great work brother. It will pay off
