I really appreciate Shelby working so hard on developing new content. She doesn’t sit at home making videos behind a desk like most of YTers…she’s always hustling to make new content.
Inflation is far more harmful to individuals than a collapsing stock or property market because it directly affects people's cost of living, which they immediately feel. It is not surprising that the current market sentiment is extremely pessimistic. In today's economy, assistance is critical if we are to survive.
If you lack market knowledge, your best bet is to seek advice or support from a consultant or investing coach. Contacting a consultant may sound simple, but it's how I've managed to stay afloat in the market and increase my portfolio to roughly 65% since January. It is, in my opinion, the best way to get started in the industry right now.
I encountered Jenny Pamogas Canaya through a CNBC interview, and I look her up. She is guiding me. Since then, she has given me chances to buy and sell the stocks in which I'm interested. You can hunt her up online if you require care supervision.
Yes, please, a part 2. Loved this. His passion comes through screen. Liked how you interviewed him so we got his background, especially during the 'c' issue and how he dealt with that.
I really love the idea of using the shipping containers. Love the one with the swimming pool. I think it makes them so interesting too having the different shaped architecture like the monarch one and the cocoon one.
Good on him and turning a relatively uninteresting property into a cash flow positive situation for himself. Entrepreneurs should be praised for doing well.
I love these videos!!! These places are so cool!! 😍 It would take a whiiiile to save up to stay just one night there, but maybe it could be a bucket list goal. I think you mentioned in your vlog that you weren’t super happy with the footage for this video and had a hard time editing, but I just want to say that it was really enjoyable to watch and I never would have thought/known that it was subpar quality. I love your channels! Thanks, Shelby! 🤍
Shelby, Yes would love to see part 2. Plus I loved that you shared the book "The Gap and The Gain: The High Achievers' Guide to Happiness, Confidence, and Success" in some ways I wish you could interview them for a video. Loved, loved this video thank for sharing!
I saw your vlog when you went to film this main channel video and was excited to see it pop up on my page! Loved the in-depth view and would love to see a part 2. Great work, Shelby!
Wowww adding this place to my “want to go” list for a future trip!! Also loved how you showed up all of the units and how he explained his awesome project!
Wow, what a unique concept! I think what you said about placing at least some high-end pieces into a build, results in higher returns! Please do a Part 2!
We had a small farm and thought about doing something similar. The economy was on the skids and my employment was sketchy at the time. It looks like a great idea.
This is exactly what I needed! I have a seriously similar situation and build opportunity- thank you Shelby and thank you cool dude that has built out these ideas!!! (Forget his name!)
Shelby, what an informative video! Always keeping us up on the most fabulous land and homes! I was checking to see how your Palm Springs property and your parents were doing! Did they get any rain?
Thank you for sharing the REIT that he sold to! I’m considering in buying some shares to increase my passive income. Please show us part 2. Or post update videos on the progress until in complete
that's a HUGE addition at Wimberly, did you see all those pads!? The thing I've never understood, however, is why more privacy isn't given between each unit and why all these developments pack so many structures in! i'm building a 7 unit glamping and str property in the Adirondack mountains, with more privacy, more acreage, and better views. But I doubt I can get even half these rates. This Texas area is crazy! At these rates, I can't believe more competition hasn't already sprung up.
Wonderful concept, beautiful houses and amenities. What’s missing is several basic hard numbers: How much total was invested? What portion was financed and at what rate? How long did the build take? We do get the number of 300-400K for the amenities - what about the units? They look expensive, but I’d have to make a wild guess at 300K avg per unit. That makes a total investment of 3.7M plus the land, so 4M? At that cost, Summit’s 5.2M (+ maybe 1.2M) is just okay. Most Airbnb’s like this look great until you get all the hard numbers.
Another great video. Your presentation videos are so well done. How come you don't really use slow motion B-Roll footage? I think in 2020 you had a lot of B-Roll footage.
Why not just make the hot tubs wood burners with a heat syphon and gravity fed filtration..... It would make the process more interactive as a side effect as guest with throw new wood on the fire occasionally...... Most of the wood will come directly from fallen or pruned branches from the site ...
I’m curious, why do you think people come? Like fundamentally, what’s the drive to pay that much, when the amenities are similar to a hotel? Does it actually just boil down to the structure, or does it boil down to the fact that you’re part of a community of structures? In other words, is it the instagram mentality, or the communal mentality.
I literally cannot understand why people are paying up to 1700$ per night for that monarch one. You can pay for your plane and the rent of an ocean view villa in Koh Samui for that

Definitely subscribing
Yes, we would love to see a part 2. Ever since I bought a house I can't help but follow real estate.
Completely loved this one. So well edited ⭐ I love the blend between real estate and investing. In a fun, relaxed way.
Love the more subtle sponsorship on this video! Much less intrusive than most which is a huge plus for me as a viewer.
Awesome video: all the way from planning the shots, the interesting content, the super slick editing. Thanks for showcasing such an interesting topic
Another great video Shelby! The amount of time and effort put into your videos does not go unnoticed 🙌 really enjoyed watching this one

The Garnier advertising was actually quite cool and subtle. Waaay better than pre-rolls.

Never seen such a subtle product placement as you've done here before :)
Good on him and turning a relatively uninteresting property into a cash flow positive situation for himself. Entrepreneurs should be praised for doing well.
This is the kind of content i like out of the box outstanding work shelby
SO unique for anyone that wants to go to rural Texas. Too hot and humid for my taste but so informative.

Shelby, you killed it with this video. So well done and very interesting. Definitely do a Part 2!
Wowww adding this place to my “want to go” list for a future trip!! Also loved how you showed up all of the units and how he explained his awesome project!
Yes please for the part 2 :) Really great inspiring video Shelby! Keep up the great work!! :)
Part 2, definitely!!
I wound up in Fredericksburg by accident, and they have some of the best restaurants around, especially if you like new food experiences!
Shelby I really loved this video. Part 2 please ❤
I love the container swimming pool. A perfect place to relax.
This property looks incredible! Great video Shelby :)
I love these exotic rental home videos.
Dang this is actually super cool! I bet these tree houses would be siiiick in Washington area.
such a cool video Shelby and as always, super well done!
Yes to Part 2!
Wow, what a unique concept! I think what you said about placing at least some high-end pieces into a build, results in higher returns! Please do a Part 2!
Love this video. Got started with you based on your Tesla content. In the planning stages of putting a Tiny House in NC within the next 8 mos or so.
We had a small farm and thought about doing something similar. The economy was on the skids and my employment was sketchy at the time. It looks like a great idea.
I can’t even imagine how it is to be able to afford to spend and stay there.
Amazing video as always!!❤
This is exactly what I needed! I have a seriously similar situation and build opportunity- thank you Shelby and thank you cool dude that has built out these ideas!!! (Forget his name!)
A new Shelby upload means drop everything and watch 🙂
Excellent video Shelby. One of my faves immediately. Giving me lots of ideas for my own Airbnb's here in the Hudson Valley...
Great video! Do you have a link to the shipping container site?
I def want a part 2! This place looks amazing!
so cool! 😍the views at the onera wimberly are soo beautiful!
Such a good video! Really liked the editing in this one!!
So much effort is added in your content.. keep it up
Really enjoyed this, Shelby! Yes please, defo do an update or review more of a similar nature if there are any about. X

Shelby you’re great 👍 amazing ideas for investors really good content 👏👏👏

Love this video Shelby! I am trying to do more and more videos like this too but you crush it every time!! Major goals
The listing has 100% zero booking for now, until 5-10 years later, and said this one makes $1.7M in revenue =))
Really love this Shelby! Inspiring set up they have.
This was a really great review- so cool to see an entrepreneur with an awesome idea 😊
When you have a guest on your video, do they know ahead of them before the shoot what questions you'll ask them?
In this case, yes, she mentioned that in the vlog.
Great job with the video and it’s really a good business idea. My favourite was the Spyglass unit ❤
Love this type of content, you Are my favorite youtuber alongside your sister😊
The only problem I keep hearing about is sweating. Shipping containers have a VERY bad habit of sweating which are causing bad cases of black mold.
Got really inspired by all your real estate videos. I emailed you about a cool idea I have! Would love to know your thoughts Shelby. :)

I like that smaller unit, looks ideal for a couple of very cozy nights with your significant other 😬
Loved this! Part 2 would be great! : )
Loveee this in depth analysis!
I was looking forward to this video!!
Great video Shelby!
Those nightly rates are crazy! They look so fun though.
$1000-$1500 per weekend night at the Monarch!!! Crazy!!! I rent my 5 bedroom log home out for $500/night!
Your General Contractor got over on y’all 100% tho. Amazing property but you paid 70k for a container pool is outrageous
Amazing. Yes please do a part 2
Love this video! Pls do a Part 2! ❤
Great video Shelby. Do you ever think you could do something like that?
Super interesting, thanks for sharing!!
Excellent design flair, some nice style and amenities, if the market is there it’s a good business to be in✌️❤️🇬🇧
Another great video. Your presentation videos are so well done. How come you don't really use slow motion B-Roll footage? I think in 2020 you had a lot of B-Roll footage.
maybe Austin, easy flight to both coasts and you could have multiple studio rooms setup for what you would pay in LA.
AMAZE info!!! Very inspiring🫶
Great video, I loved this ❤
But who wants to go to Fredericksburg Texas though? Middle of nowhere Texas doesn’t seem desirable at all
It’s actually really beautiful! It’s a cute town with a lot of wineries.
Love the video! You rented my car while in Austin :)
Part 2 would bei very interesting.
That was interesting. Thanks for sharing
I am going to learn absolutely everything that you know.
really interesting! But, the side of the container pool is bowing outward, and he has it braced, yikes! Seems like it'll be a real headache soon!
Beautiful property!
You meant the container cost cheaper from China than from the States? But it will be without freight cost if you get it from US and all the hassle.
Makes me want to open an AirBnB!
Why not just make the hot tubs wood burners with a heat syphon and gravity fed filtration..... It would make the process more interactive as a side effect as guest with throw new wood on the fire occasionally...... Most of the wood will come directly from fallen or pruned branches from the site ...
I think of a tree house as sitting up in the tree, this has a ground foundation.
Very nice, I enjoy it!!!
Monarach is a perfect alone time.
Anybody have a link for that container pool?
Loveee this one!! ❤
I would love to stay there and then go visit Magnolia in Waco!
Thanks!
Does anyone know if this all built on one plot of land or did it have to be sub-divided to accommodate 11 different dwellings?
It's called the P.T. Barnum effect.
How many acres is this property so many buildings
Is location important for this kind of forest retreat?
I’m curious, why do you think people come? Like fundamentally, what’s the drive to pay that much, when the amenities are similar to a hotel? Does it actually just boil down to the structure, or does it boil down to the fact that you’re part of a community of structures? was the shipping from china horribly expensive
Was this filmed last year? I remember seeing him before.
Hi Shelby!
I literally cannot understand why people are paying up to 1700$ per night for that monarch one. You can pay for your plane and the rent of an ocean view villa in Koh Samui for that
really cool
