TRATA 2.1 Why manage mobility of employees?

Promoting sustainable mobility among employees has a number of advantages for companies and institutions, both financial and social. Here are just a few of them:
1. Increasing the attractiveness of the company for employees (acquiring quality staff, equal opportunities to come to work, greater loyalty of employees to the company, ...).
