Interesting you pronounce it with an L, I've never heard it said like that. I just asked my Venezuelan and Colombian friends, and they didn't spell it with an L (although it is made from Platano). Where is your Spanish from? My Spanish is mostly Colombian with some Panamanian and Venezuelan thrown in. I'm glad you liked the recipe, and appreciate the comment. Thanks
