I think it’s totally OK to quit on your dreams as long as the motivation To do so comes from the right place.
I got so emotional when she took off the sweater and took down her hair, It's such a beautiful moment of her stepping back into her element & really getting comfortable doing what she loves once again 🥲❤
This was so well done 🙌
I really think that for a richer and even more nuanced answer to your question about giving up on dreams, you should ask not only young people. Ask seniors, ask older people, ask married couples, ask failed businesspeople....
If this is true, you're an OG. Talking to strangers and digging their interesting life. It's an art to open people's hearts.
you video about Prince got me checking your channel and I found this beautiful piece!
Great job! powerful and inspiring!
I'm heading to your podcast now...
Glad to hear you're going down the rabbit hole :)
Ditto.
@@makeartnotcontentSame for me. The Prince video (which was amazing) popped up in my feed. I subscribed and then watched this. Your work is very inspiring & motivating.
Its amazing to me how little views this video has. It has a vibe of something that a lot of people would watch, if that makes any sense. I'm astounded by how personal it gets. At times I felt guilt? As if I've been watching something that was not intended for me to watch.
enjoy it while it's still our little secret
Reminds me of Sneako before he did the Red Pill twice streaming bs.
@@makeartnotcontenti can respect that 👑🫶🏽
That's a totally relatable feeling that I've never seen so well put into words before.
@@Ixe2077nah
this is the first video of yours, that popped up in my homepage...
I must say, I've stopped making art for 3 years now... I got so stressed and burnt out from my fine arts education, I dropped out and I haven't picked up a brush ever since. And it is haunting me every single day. I could never stop thinking about all the things I wanted to draw. It's kind of comforting to see people who are somewhat going through or went through the same struggles as I do. I wish to resolve this one day.
I love your video, I'll definitely watch more
thank you. i hope you decide to run with the wolves again soon
I think quitting your dream is ok as long as it doesn't;t give you anything back and holding you from moving forward with your life
I have friends, but I really wish I had someone who would push me to come out of my shell. I’m 36 and am depressed/extremely introverted, and I’m running out of time 😔.
Cool video tho man- I like what ur doing 👍🏻
36 isn't running outta time, m8. I'm aboot the same age, just finished teacher training, and decided to move into smth different 'cause it wasn't for me. If there's no-one around you IRL then find some folks online wherever you're comfortable. Discord, forums, Second Life, whatever. Then take steps. However fast or slow you feel you need.
@@KnjazNazrath appreciate it. I know I’m not old yet, but time is just flying by and I’ve just been stuck in this rut awhile. I started making some changes to my diet and started lifting again recently. Trying to get back to how I used to be. I have a pretty good job, so I can’t complain there. Just gotta keep trying to get better I guess.
drop the mindset of "running out of time"
You still have PLENTY left bro.
Look the woman who became widowed and began learning how to play piano at the age 70
She was considered masterful by the age 102 and despite her family judgement, she did what she enjoyed. You can't let others beliefs affect your drive in life.
"I’m running out of time" is a thought conceived by another person at some point in time in the past.
Only you choose to let it affect how you think and feel. This is wrong and weak.
Educate yourself on the many people who've overcome much worse hardship in their lives.
If they can do it, you can for damn sure.
I'm not sure if you'll even ever see this comment,
but if you do,
just know you're not alone and there's never a point where you can't change for the better.
Even if you may end up alone for the rest of your life. You can still make impact to better other's lives,
at a certain point you must mature and recognize your selfish, ego-driven aspirations are in vain. Start bettering yourself so you may uplift your community and make a positive impact on other's lives. If you feel you're in a rutt, this will greatly influence your life for the better.
Meditate, read, detox from tech, and if you have the time, use it to help people who need a hand,
volunteer at your local shelter and you'll surely gain a greater appreciation for life and what you already have as a baseline. There's so many good people in this life, its only seen as dark because of the many dark forces wanting you to believe that way. Only true love will prevail, and that starts from within. Bless up, no truth no sacrifice.
@@TwistedFuchsia real talk bro
36! you just came out of the shell bro!, hit the gym, eat well, sleep well, quit toxic relationships...stop doing drugs (only if you do) and hit your passion whatever is, mine is movies, i have finished writing my script for a feature film, and im saving money to produce it first as a short to bait investors, you gotta have an artistic passion, but if you like watching fishes in water thats fine too, you may take it slow and do your thing, feed your mind, read, read poetry, watch movies, meaningful movies, listen to classical music and go bananas!- Don´t let others throw you the BS idea that 36 is the end for you...RISE UP! - a 36 year old fella like you.
UA-cam delivered, or God knows. Appreciate this; came to me at the right time.
that's what's supposed to happen... happy it is
quitting is not stopping becuase you don't want to do something anymore, it's giving up on something you want to do, usually because you think you can't
Ooof, I’m feeling the feels. That’s so cool she went back into the studio that day. Pushing through the fear 🔥 Inspiring
I love the reflexive nature of your films, always self aware but at the same time totally focused away from you as the filmmaker. It feels like your shots have the view I would have as a friend in the room.
You've understood a lot early 👏
I've never seen a channel like this. You inspire me bro.
🙏🏾
I'm so grateful for your work, Bronques
Glad you found me here. I hope you enjoy this new journey
I came from the podcast to watch her dance. So glad I did. It gave me such a good feeling to see her express herself through dance. ❤
That was simply beautiful. I can only pray that she's dancing somewhere..
She was already back to herself at the end❤
Watching this video showed how our friend went full circle on her dreams. It’s not really quitting as in totally giving up since she did let herself get thrown back into dancing. When she let go of the need for perfectionism and danced for the love of dancing, she was able to enjoy it.
This is such a pure video. I am in awe. ♥ I am so happy for her that she took the courage to dance again. To dance for herself!!! There is so much love that comes from within and healing power while someone dances.
This guy was the catalyst to give her life. Bravo man. Just found your podcast. Love it 👏🤜🤛
welcome!
Oh Bronques. I am so deeply moved. Thank you.
Donna we're going to have another layer of conversation here
Man, what a great projetc we have here. This is the first video I saw and I'm absolutely in love with this channel. I'm going to check the podcast as well. Much love from Brazil, Latin America.
the algorithm united us. welcome
O Podcast é fera! =)
Beautiful. Just beautiful, raw, emotional art expression. Thanks
❤❤❤ i will clap for others until it's my turn🎉
As I creative I relate a lot, due to life I just stopped. Went into isolation, like a pupa. Since then I've been slowly rising from my ashes, thank you for your art.
Cannot express how happy I am that I found your channel.
This channel is gold. Every creative should check out this channel.
Yes! Meraki-filled story-telling!
it isn't quitting. Sometimes it's finishing.
You are the best friend everyone wishes for
It's never OK to give up. I loved hearing people say this.
Beautifully captures what's important about humanity. Well done on the video, and well done to Tayte.
Dreams evolve as we grow, so its okay to switch them, play and find who you really are, and what you really feel when you accomplish them. Dreams are the first and last expression of art, It is where they are born.
Today, the algorithm brought me to the Prince video and then to this. The universe must be telling me something. Thanks. I’ll be going down the “make art not content” rabbit hole and hoping to return to my art ❤
This is one of my most played episodes on the podcast!!! I'm scared, but I wanna join the Make Art, not Content School
Gorgeous, strong, and courageous. This was completely riveting 👏👏👏
I felt this video so deeply... this is really similar to what im going through right now. Thank you for this video, and thank you for everything you did to help her and making sure she continues her passion, I hope she´s doing well. Thank you for the video, really.
Former "quitter" here, stepping back into the ring. Got a little misty eyed watching this! Love, love, love.
Sometimes you chase the wrong dreams, it may take decades to find the right one for you… the worst is if it never comes. I hope you find your true dream and it makes you truly happy.
Only 5k views!!!! This is better than the Prince one!!!? 🎉 2 thumbs up!
she's so beautiful inside and out
What a great video! Just stumbled on your channel. I did subscribe after watching this - of course!
welcome home, david!
What dancing at the end! What a character picture the video shows so concisely and beautifully! And a really nice video, with respectful, supportive conversation.
I loved it, thank you!
“For me, if you don’t dream you don’t have any reason to live.”
Ok I am back! This was soooo beautiful! Even her naturalness ! 😮 but guess what. Does this mean she hasn’t given up?
Amazing work! Love this!! Looking forward to seeing your other videos.
Came here for your Basquiat video. Two videos later, and I've subscribed! Love this channel.
Bravo. This was ‘out there’ and so much fun to watch.
Thanks for putting this ‘out there’ 😉
Awesome video, great idea!!! Totally get where this girl is coming from. Outstanding work on all of this, I got a lot out of it.
she looks so beautiful when she dances
This is awesome. I hope you dance out and express all those emotions.... enjoy your beautiful expression!
Beautiful girl and creator. Her face reminds me of Michelle Williams :) Good luck on your healthy way of expressing yourself
The first step to success is failure.
Thank you for this ❤
Wonderful work. I'm happy you're here.

figuring out what isnt for you is one of the most important skills in life
Wow loved this 🔥🫶🏼 and Tate’s movement was so great at the end.
your videos are so unique!

It's not about art, but about love, kindness
loving the videos. just found your channel, keep it up yo 💫
this was so great
Aww Tay. All the best dancing in the club in the dark anyways. Love ya😘
so stylish and so beatifully done. i love this channel
Bravo! Amazing work.
This was beautiful.
Montreal baby!
Great chanel and video.
Sometimes, you just have to change your goal. When I was younger I thought I wanted to write. Then I discovered the world of beads and beadwork, and the dream changed, therefore changing me too.
beautiful
your dreams are always changing.
This was amazing.
this was beautiful!
Beautiful film
My dude decided to hit on a girl he saw on a window and make a documentary out of it.
Amazing.
While, simultaneously, advertising his podcast. Holy crap.
Love this video and your podcast. Also nice to see my hometown on my feed... are you based in Montreal?
I love Montreal
This is fucking art
loving this video format, great stuff man keep it up! Also shout out to Montreal my beautiful city!!! I saw the juliette and chocolat on st laurent street plus the construction sign and i instantly knew where it was hahaha! Would love to collab with you sometime!
I love you!
Quit on your dreams often. Never quit dreaming.
I was like these videos feel like Lastnightsparty and then I see it's from Bronques and like oh yes!
authenticity doesn't lie... glad you found me!
You sir have beautiful soul and we all should tap into ourselves on such a real level like this. My day had been really shitty today I am a musician and me and a friend are working on an album and today just felt so off and we couldn’t really get anything done. Just wondering if u have any advice for times like those when we feel like we lose ourselves?
AWESOME!!!!!!!!
I love this style
I'm crying ...
Anyone who has danced with any intensity, especially ballet, would be able to guess why she sturggled during her training years. Dance can be a cruel environment for young dancers. She seems like a lovely person.❤
This is cool. Help me too.
Beautiful
Ily
What is the episode about Gwyneth Paltrow’s movie? I didn’t hear the name mentioned and would like to watch or listen to it next!
im attracted to her
i love her
her smile
her demeanor
her personality
her privacy
her being
shes beautiful
her honesty
When is it okay to give up on your dreams? When the dream is a nightmare.
This is like one of those recipe blogs that tell a whole unnecessary story before getting to the recipe. Video took forever to even get to the point
fire
I'm in love
Do you keep up with her?
