Lamb of god has always been what I believe a metal band should be. I think they took a similar template as pantera, made it even more precise and technical and it just works really well.
One of my all-time favorite bands. And they are so damn underrated. Went to one their shows in Vegas at the Hard Rock. Mass fucking chaos and loved every second of it!!
I'm so glad to have found this complete playlist of the DVD here on UA-cam. Thank you. I just saw them last night in Nashville, TN opening up for Pantera & it was SICK. My first time seeing Pantera & second time seeing Lamb Of God, first time being 20 years ago at Ozzfest 04
To be honest guys, it's all about the music. That's what we're interested in. We're fans of the crazy tight riffs and the kick-ass vocals. Leave the fundamentalist ideology behind and enjoy the music. I'm Christian, but I love this band. It's not all black and white. Seriously stop being so childish.
Lamb of God is one of the bands that seem to always be growing and improving. Randy has progressively getting better at vocals, and Chris, Willie, and John totally set the bar when it comes to rhythm. Mark is incomparable as a lead, only guitarist I can think to compare him to is Friedman. Being that Megadeth is my favorite band that's saying a lot lol. These guys are going to be the biggest band in the world very soon.
see i dissage with this . i listen to death metal and black metal when im down and depressed and its a upper for me . it may be depressive lyrics but it makes me feel like im not alone in this world it makes me happy and to be honest . personally i think everyone should just listen to what makes them happy for me its death , black , thrash , droon , groove and even stoner metal its what makes me happy and keeps me going from day to day and isnt that all that matters ?
What i love about Lamb of God, besides being 1 of top 5 metal bands ever, is how their songs are so technical from start to finish and still sound cool and got groove to it. Most metal, except for newer prog-instrumental-impossible to follow song structure bands, saved technicality for solos, but LoG poops on that formula and i love that. Ex.- "Grace" from Lamb of God Wrath album.
The idea behind Christianity and many other religions, unorganized or organized, is that God is an unfathamably awesome entity who is responsible for everything's creation, and he gives you a choice to believe in him or not. Having faith in something "laughable" is the basis of Christianity. Mark Morton says he believes in God, not a Christian, but still. Lamb of God is secular, not religious or satanist
That'll be Corrosion of Conformity,Eyehategod,High on Fire,LOG,Supernoint,Municipal Waste,Iron Reagan,Mastodon... etc etc plenty good metal bands out there🤘
@Cibrex Actually this is the second time I'm uploading this DVD. UA-cam fucked up all my videos first time. So I just uploaded them again last week. And I ain't reuploading them. Maybe you have a shitty internet connection or weak wireless signal. I don't have any problems with buffering.
I'm Christian, and I love this music...I love metal, and it has done nothing bad for me or caused anything bad in my life except for mislead people telling me how satanic I am for liking it...I personally think something like Lil Wayne is more satanic than metal...promoting violence, abuse of women, not to mention raping the art-form known as music. Take your misguided views and go back to school.
Thanks, king. I only respond that way because, after 6 years of pretty vigorous debate in multiple forums and circumstances, i have yet to find a religious adherent whose debate tactics dont devolve into straight logical fallacy (either arguments from ignorance, authority, ad hominem or circular reasoning), and cannot find a single reason other than fear to believe that some god exists. Not ONE.
These guys have a BRUTAL practice regimen, and it 100% pays off! I give a TON of credit, and RESPECT, to Mark Morton, for saying that he goes out to "mop the floor" with SLAYER and Megadeth each night he appears on the same stage as them! THAT is a BOLD fucking statement, but if ANYBODY can back it up.....Mark Morton can, and in some aspects, DOES.
i really wish they'd play more off of Wrath. When I saw them in camden, their intro was The Passing, and they opened with In Your Words and Set To Fail. After that, they just did stuff from Ashes of the Wake and Sacrament, with the exception of Black Label.
@bonnertom032 Wrath is my favorite album, Contractor is one of the heaviest songs I've ever heard. Choke Sermon, Grace, Fake Messiah are some really good ones too.
@MadeInDisaster That's not it. I'm uploading 5 more parts right now. It's total of 15 parts. And then I'm gonna upload the "Making of Sacrament" video.
@Cibrex The guitar/bass tech was the same in both Killadelphia and Walk With Me In Hell. And I also saw him backstage at the Wrath show. Chris just had a new drum tech.
@king666nothing yea even i dont hear it lol, but most of them STATED in interviews- that Slayer had influenced them to play.. Mark, Randy and John Campbell said that. Willie plays because of metallica, and chris said in 'Walk With Me In Hell' that megadeth influenced him.
Well if you watch sacrament, you don't see hardly any of the crew from Killadelphia there, They got a new label between ashes and sacrament and I think they're new label gave them a new crew or there was some kind of conflicting event or something
@300daysandnights Yeah, that's right. They did play in many shitholes around Virginia back then. Chris, Randy and John are the only current members who played in Burn the Priest (Mark did start playing with them early on, but then quit the band to get his degree - he joined the band again right around the time when they changed the name and brought Willie in). Your cousin's right.
@MrTruffleslam That's not what I was talking about. Bands like Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden and Judas Priest are far more influential for the whole genre of metal than bands like Pantera, Slayer, Megadeth. And I'm not saying it to demean those bands - they have influenced their fair share of newer bands, but it all always goes back to the roots.
actually at least chris wasn't really influenced by metal music very much. it was more funk, pop, and jazz. he didn't really get into metal before forming lamb of god. trust me, ive heard it directly from him.
@king666nothing to be fair with the amount of speed and brutalness there is alot more slayer than maiden in lamb of god but amidne are the single greatest band ever to walk the earth
@Cibrex He doesn't travel with them all the time. Just some US shows. By the way I just came home from a Megadeth/Machine Head/Suicide Silence show. I saw LoG's tour Manager from Killadelphia DVD there (the one that screamed at Randy "Sit down and eat" just before the legendary fight). And apparently Mark and Willie's guitar tech is "guitar-teching" for Machine Head too. That was kinda weird.
Lamb of god has always been what I believe a metal band should be. I think they took a similar template as pantera, made it even more precise and technical and it just works really well.
Ashes of the wake pinnacle of heavy music
Lamb of God is probably the best modern metal band.
every good band should make dvds of every record they make
One of my all-time favorite bands. And they are so damn underrated. Went to one their shows in Vegas at the Hard Rock. Mass fucking chaos and loved every second of it!!
Never viewed Lamb of God as underdogs..
I'm so glad to have found this complete playlist of the DVD here on UA-cam. Thank you. I just saw them last night in Nashville, TN opening up for Pantera & it was SICK. My first time seeing Pantera & second time seeing Lamb Of God, first time being 20 years ago at Ozzfest 04
they are the new pantera in my opinion
Pretty much, LOG is even heavier and more thrashy though
Always been better.
@@Sentienthermostat nothing will ever be as heavy as Pantera. They didn’t need 2 guitars remember that
Pantera and lamb are nothing alike both great but very different
They were they're own thing.
I'm here because I miss this Era. 😔 . So nostalgic now. Where have we gone wrong 😔
King, I'm really sorry for crowding these comments but Lamb of God is just way too fucking awesome. I constantly have to watch these videos.
@5:37 Yep, exactly that same reaction I had when I first heard it and even sometimes again nowadays !
To be honest guys, it's all about the music. That's what we're interested in. We're fans of the crazy tight riffs and the kick-ass vocals. Anger, misery and evil when I listen to this? NO. I LISTEN TO THIS BECAUSE IT SOUNDS FUCKING AWESOME.
Lamb of God rules !
What i love about Lamb of God, besides being 1 of top 5 metal bands ever, is how their songs are so technical from start to finish and still sound cool and got groove to it. thanks for uploaded this! Lamb of god, i really like them, AWESOME band !!

Lamb of God FTW \m/

Mark Morton says he believes in God, not a Christian, but still.
Lamb of God is secular, not religious or satanist
2:18. You only see that at metal and punk concerts.
awesome audio quality :P

Love Mark's mindset about opening for the best metal bands in the world and trying to give a better show than them.
Thanks dude for uploadig this
You sir, are a champion
best response ever king your the man... i agree with you.
I'm rooting for you. Keep metal alive. With the loss of pantera metalheads need a new immbassador
That'll be Corrosion of Conformity,Eyehategod,High on Fire,LOG,Supernoint,Municipal Waste,Iron Reagan,Mastodon...
etc etc plenty good metal bands out there🤘

many many thanks for uploading, i cant find a torrent so i turned to youtube
Damn randy fucking Blythe a vocalist who will NEVER EVER be replicated.
Bro this is the exact feeling i have!
Thanks, king. Now You've Got Something To Die For
@sempinick Nope. There were few people who had some problems with the sound, but it's either your computer or UA-cam.
AT 2:18 that guy is epic win. Hes at a Lamb of God show rocking out in his wheel chair
I hope to one day just shake your hand, sir. Good shit.
have a long way to Pantera but still very good!
damn right!
Well said.
randy's screams are fucking insane.
i lost my bags of ball.. lol funny moment
These guys have a BRUTAL practice regimen, and it 100% pays off! @king666nothing how the hell am i supposed to know i'm usually drunk when i watch this video. by the way, thanks for posting this.
@demonsdime324 Look few comments down. There's the whole dialogue. It's about Willie's stage-move (a.k.a "Gay Gazelle").
cant fucking wait to see them here in potland oregon on june first im super stoked!
Perfect example of sarcasm being indeterminable on the internet.
chris adler is a genius (not only as a musician)
Good, i hate people like that too trapped in a box their whole life and then they get mad at anyway who are not in their with them.
@slayer47 Yeah, that's him. He's a huge metal fan. He hangs out with a lot of metal bands.
If anyone knows a better metal band please share...like the best drug in the world...
Corrosion of Conformity,Iron Reagan,Superjoint,Mastodon,
EYEHATEGOD,Municipal Waste etc etc. But LOG is fucn killer
yeeee
This is so fucking awesome! Even that guy in a fucking wheel chair is there fucking shit up with lamb of god!!!!!!!!
@bonnertom032 Wrath is my favorite album, Contractor is one of the heaviest songs I've ever heard. Choke Sermon, Grace, Fake Messiah are some really good ones too.
Remorse is for the dead
and in case you havent noticed Lamb of God's guitar player Mark Morton is Jesus, so you have a lot of studying to do.
@king666nothing Yes, thank you :)
LAMB OF GOD !!!!!!!!!!!!
I fucking love Mark Morton.
omg never seen randy without hair
@MadeInDisaster That's not it. I'm uploading 5 more parts right now. It's total of 15 parts. And then I'm gonna upload the "Making of Sacrament" video.
i guess we can say hes the...... Lamb of God
@Cibrex The guitar/bass tech was the same in both Killadelphia and Walk With Me In Hell. And I also saw him backstage at the Wrath show. Chris just had a new drum tech.
There is no comparison between Randy and Tom Araya. NONE.
Everyday LOG is shuffling @ 7:29.
@GodisDead775 Well, like I said I wasn't sure. You wouldn't believe how many questions like that one I have to answer daily.
I love lamb of god and black dahlia murder docs, never seen this one tho
both are awesome i cant wait for the new log doc, missed it at the theatre in my city though :(
Invictus what!!!! I need to check for my area for a screening
Invictus I don't think they even showed it up here in Canada. I'm waiting for it to get out of dvd.
@78imonfire3 it's "Forgotten (Lost Angels)"
willie kinda reminds of james hetfield with that handle bars mustache
Forgotten (Lost Angels) from Sacrament
WATCH OUT RANDY I'M SO FUCKIN' PISSED OFF!
lol
@pradeepmyself If I'm not mistaken that's "Forgotten (Lost Angels)" from Sacrament.
Lamb of god doesn’t do the one thing I hate, try to sing. Ever!! Straight up brutality at all times makes me happy. Cheers
@king666nothing chuck billy was seriously the best thrash metal vocalist ever, idk if he still is as good
randy reminds me of phil anselmo when hes bald on stage except he remembers the lyrics
@king666nothing
yea even i dont hear it lol, but most of them STATED in interviews- that Slayer had influenced them to play..
Mark, Randy and John Campbell said that.
Willie plays because of metallica, and chris said in 'Walk With Me In Hell' that megadeth influenced him.
omg that dude is crowd surfing on a wheelchair @ 2:17
Well if you watch sacrament, you don't see hardly any of the crew from Killadelphia there, They got a new label between ashes and sacrament and I think they're new label gave them a new crew or there was some kind of conflicting event or something

@king666nothing oh in that respect i completely agree
actually at least chris wasn't really influenced by metal music very much. it was more funk, pop, and jazz. he didn't really get into metal before forming lamb of god. trust me, ive heard it directly from him.
0:11 I guess you could say you're... SET TO FAIL HAHAHAAHAHAHHAHHAAHAHAHAHAHa
@king666nothing that's pretty sweet. imagine moshing to lamb of god in a warehouse. that would be sick.
this shit is fucking hilarious
@king666nothing to be fair with the amount of speed and brutalness there is alot more slayer than maiden in lamb of god
but amidne are the single greatest band ever to walk the earth
@king666nothing Agreed.
fuck yeah Brian Posehn at 5:35 xD
@78imonfire3 it's Forgotten (lost Angles)
@300daysandnights Yeah, no problem.
Im slowyly changing my opinion
Techs aren't tied to one band, they work three plus bands at one time usually
@BUDZMONEY i will my love but where?
i think its their light guy
he was on the silverman show or whatever with sarah silverman just look that up
