Not gonna lie, for me, this does feel like a "lost" version of Windows XP if Microsoft modified it to help coincide with the Aero theming and sound scheme, so that its user base who bought Windows XP that don't want to upgrade to Windows Vista can update to a version of Windows XP that features the Aero branding and sound scheme.
