River is making its way back to normal but still way too high. The high water let us access areas that are normally too shallow to fish. Still looking for the largmouth. #bassfishing #indianafishing #smallmouth #jetboat

had a fortrex 112 36v just recently upgraded to a ultrex 112 36v. This was the first outing with it.

Looks like hodge ditch - the farmers keep those gates closed in the summer and the water has only been about 1 1/2 foot in there - they just opened them - it will take some rain to make that trip possible.

That is the grand Kankakee Marsh park's public launch. It's a fine boat launch but watch your speed in that river, The current is strong, unforgiving and there are fallen tree below the surface.
