Who doesn't love mee goreng? Especially mee goreng mamak! Here is a very simple recipe, of course this is not your authentic mee goreng mamak but it came quite close and trust me this is one of the easiest recipe ever!

The Mamak of the olden days did not have oyster sauce. The rest of the ingredients seem to be more or less what made the mee great.

What brand of chilli powder do you use please? In Malaysian cooking then colour looks a lot more red than Indian chilli powder, and a lot more fine than Korean. Can you recommend some chilli powders please? :)

I find Kashmiri chilli powder to taste good as well but if you're planning to use it,I will recommend using 1/2 tsp instead of one as the color and the spiciness level are different. Not sure about Korean chilli powder as I have never used it before. Thank you for watching ❤

Your wok didn't seem to be very hot.
The 2 eggs are hardly even slightly cooked, thus resulting soggy and meshy.that's my observation.thks

only sayur, mee, and telur sahaja yang fresh.
dia punya ingredients yang lain mesti yesterday's leftover punya laa.
