mee goreng mamak is not like this laa. you banyak tipu laa. mee goreng mamak must be mixed with yesterday's leftover chicken curry laa. only sayur, mee, and telur sahaja yang fresh. dia punya ingredients yang lain mesti yesterday's leftover punya laa.

Hi Thomas ,thank you for watching. The brand that I used for chilli sauce was Maggi and Lee Kum Lee for the dark soy sauce.

The Mamak of the olden days did not have oyster sauce. The rest of the ingredients seem to be more or less what made the mee great.
