- Ever wished you could change the world? Empower people? Help those in need? Illac Diaz didn’t wish, he acted. Diaz recounts his journey of not only bringing power to villages but empowering villages. His social enterprise brings skills, manufacturing and solar power to communities around the world. At 44 years old, Diaz is no ordinary entrepreneur. From Peru to the Philippines, his NGO Liter of Light has already helped 382,000 Filipinos, and 690,000 people throughout the world get out of energy poverty. Thanks to a clever and environmentally friendly innovation, Diaz has been able to help bring light to poor areas and prevent them from needing to rely on coal, nuclear and hydro plants. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx
Iliac Diaz is one of the Pinoys i've always admire because he is an innovator and an entrepeneur who wants to help in promoting alternative energy devices such as the Solar light which sold over 30 countries!!
People are watching creep over youtube, but not supporting this type of life changing sessions..

Just replace 1 of the roofing sheet to a polycarbonate plastic...it will give more indoor light than plastic bottles during daytime...
