You are a true Guitar hero love your style and playing... Excited to see a young guitarist embracing this music... May your road keep rising... Enjoy your long strange trip...
That Plus pedal is really fun to use with the send/return option. You can access a whole separate side pedal board with it if you want, and control its fade in & out.
For those on a budget, I think the EHX Freeze pedal basically does the same thing as the Gamechanger Audio Plus, but with fewer features on a smaller footprint (and much cheaper).
You need to visit XTS there and get the hum/noise out of your pedal board Daniel, so it's equal to the fine quality of your playing. I have the Gristle King v3 and it's not noisy like yours at all, comes from WI btw.
Totally agree my friend. I would never be OK with that noise. I'm shocked that he wouldn't even mention it as a "price to pay" for the tone kind of thing. Interestingly, I've noticed a similar thing with some of the setup videos I've seen for J Bonamassa, and same deal. Curious...
I think I am the only person on the planet who doesn't like the Bonsai. Traded it in for a morning glory. I guess mid range tones don't appeal to me. Love the recommendations on the Rubber Chicken, however. Thanks, Daniel!
Absolutely impossible to pull off live. Both Phil X and Joe Bonamassa are big fans of plugging straight in, and both say you can't go with only one stage of gain (you disappear in the mix or sound like shit when doing rhythm). It's like saying that 60 cycle hum is "part of the sound", stuff that usually come out of the mouth of people that don't usually play stages with bad electricity
Love this young man.

Keep Spreading The Love ❤
DAN! you're the man :) Gosh that tele you playing is so amazing. Cosmic Country forever! Peace

You don’t need a passport to get to Wisconsin where Tim Jauernig (original creator, and maker once more, of the Gristle King) is from

You could also do it by looping the tail of a strummed chord
Raaaaaaaaaaandy that doesn’t tend to work as it creates a distinctive stuttering noise
Pretty sure the freeze has been around for a long time too..

I think I need a Rubber Chicken!
I noticed the lack of cosmic country phaser on that board.
Holy HUM!!
The only dude who actually uses flerb
I wish I had this figured out at his age.
But That Noise. Its no longer a necessary evil. Awesome talent>
I’d imagine he doesn’t want a noise gate and he knows noiseless pickups on a tele aren’t the move.
Wisconsin doesn’t need a passport where you’re from! Lol. The gristle king was originally from the Milwaukee area.
Dude, what’s the name of the band you mention at 17:18? Krong Bin? I want to check them out
Beny Schon khruangbin! They’re amazing
No noiseless shit to be found here, embrace the noise boys
How does a guitar make this noise. Noise is a good description
Noise gate or suppressor wouldn't go astray on that board!
Dude is so good but holy shit is his rig noisy
I thought so too. I wonder if he’s got a shit cable or a patch crossed with power cord
Why are all the pedals humming? Un dime that mess.
Is it me? Because when you turned that Bonzai on, the hum was killing the tone. To the point of unusable.

Yes definitely, but I will say I have a bonsai and its not nearly that noisy
Same thing happened when he put the gristle king on too. Maybe it’s a noisy board, or room.
Is that guitar grounded? lmao
Killer player for real though.
love the playing, but, umm, ground loop, anyone?

No more DM2?
Noisy... but your a damn fine player...!!
T Rex = Denmark. Dont think they exists anymore... BTW just shielded my Tele, it humned like yours, almost silent now, with no loos of dynamics :-)
Yes I mentioned it right off Really caught my attention
I prefer just Guitar - Chord - Amp. Overdrive if amp volume needs to be low.

Anyone know what kind of tele that is?
A black one
If you like looping, check out KT Tunstall on jools Holland playing Black Horse and a Cherry tree. Looping way before Ed was on the seen.
@danieldonato what patch cables do you use?
What amp do you use?
he's usually playing through a deluxe reverb.
He uses a Pro Reverb, i'm pretty sure it's a 1966 with a different reverb tank on it
That picture in picture makes me dizzy.
what's up with this weird widescreen shit
