I installed a similar product for my M3 that I bought from the Giant River. It had a full set of instructions and better clips to hold it all in place. It keeps the car cooler in the summer AND warmer in the winter: A win/win!
I had looked into it, and I believe I need to add something to the car first. The Homelink website only lists compatibility with Model 3 from 2019 forward. Maybe I'm missing something?
Interesting. Long before UA-cam became the “influencer’s” network it was the king of all “how-to” resources. No matter how obscure or niche the topic, SOMEONE made a video. I wonder if anyone bothered to create one for this since it does not lead to 100k subscribers.
I have a speedometer from Tesloid that mounts behind the steering wheel that I'm going to try to install soon. (I'm in serious need of a trim, no doubt, but it will stay long for now. I look just as dumb when it's short.)
Hey dom how’s it going what year used model 3 would be the best to buy I’m in Toronto Canada there getting low 40s here maybe drop more later on this year thanks
I like the bigger battery that came in 2021. And having a car with a warranty on it leaves you the option of getting the extended warranty. Also like the newer console in the '21. Living in Canada, I'd be less enthusiastic about one with an LFP battery, but I may have a bias against them.
I have this but the most important accessory it need is convex side mirrors. It was hard switching lanes with the standard mirrors.
i'll definitely need these Model 3 accessories in the future 🤞

You have an early Model 3 LR RWD you should have homelink in your car. I noticed you have a garage door opener on you sunvisor.

@@DriveElectricWithDomenick HomeLink only works with some garage door openers, and is a monthly fee if I'm not mistaken.
One of the first things I got when I got my used 2019 M3. Now that I have ceramic tint on all windows I don’t use them much anymore.
How much was the ceramic tint? I wanted to tint the whole car, but wasn't sure how premium I needed to go. Prices can get way up there.
Thank you.

The little triangles keep ppl from looking into the back to c what you have back there?
Geez Dom. Dont need anything like that in my Bolt!
🤣🤣🤣 That's fair.
I really do love a glass roof, though, so with this I can enjoy the view, but also block the heat on summer days.
For me, a heads-up display is mandatory. (Visiting a barber soon?)
