Sharing this for other viewers to maybe save some time. Frustrated because I came here looking for what I'm not able to suss out on my own without seeing them in person, the stability...specifically on carpet. Majority of the comparisons made in the video can be found out just by reviewing specs for both. Two, I was hoping for an honest review - not sure how honest this is when 1) it starts out saying own an uplift and now comparing flexispot as a 2nd purchase and 2) a minute later confesses that Flexispot sent both units to try and 3) the desks are not apples to apples comparison when you compare color of legs and one being a print magnet and they are not the same. Doesn't seem like an unbiased review to me when one company sent both units - of course the one who sent will come out the winner. Lastly - while I don't know that it would even matter, (again the part I really wanted to understand before purchasing is the stability) the manner in which this was tested was not the same on both units. Uplift he pushes front to back from the center - the other he is grabbing by the ends/sides. Can this have an impact - IDK but it definitely feels like the review was intended to lean toward one model than be an unbiased review. Been trying to decide between the 2 for several weeks now and unfortunately I'm still needing to validate stability before choosing.
They are both good. I’ve had the uplift desk as my main desk and then flexispot sent me another uplift desk and flexispot desk to compare. Honestly they are all the same. I use the flexispot on my wife’s studio upstairs and on my studio I use uplift as it’s been there from the beginning and both are carpet. They both wobble at the highest level but it’s really not bad. The only thing to decide on is if you want to splurge the extra $ on uplift cause it’s a name brand
