Placing concrete blocks is good but the work in general is not. because the holes in the blocks were designed so that iron is placed inside them according to the loads that the blocks will support. and the builder did not place iron in the foundation so this construction is not earthquake resistant.
Bed joints seem high and head joints seem tight, you don’t work for a masonry company or did you in the past because you are making too many movements for one block bro, but I know it’s just a side job
