    I love that I found carnivore because in September I had diabetes, but today my blood sugar is normal. I have lost 26 kilos and have never felt better 😊

    Speaking of Native Americans, my wife and I are both tribal in Oregon. We’re both overweight and would joke that we’re not fat enough to run for tribal council (about half are morbidly obese).
    I’ve been eating meat heavy for about the last 6 months and today I start carnivore. I’ve just been working out with new kettlebell I purchased. I’m 59 and drive truck for a living. My wife is 64, has 2 part time jobs and a small business. She is also a cancer survivor.
    I’m going carnivore to see what happens with my aches and pains. I have noticed eating meat heavy a great improvement in my mood. I’m also a Guinea pig for my wife. I’d love to see her on carnivore to help with the many issues the chemo and radiation have given her.
    Thanks for allz y’all’s work. Many blessings to the lot of ya!!

      Make sure you promote the carnivore diet throughout the Native American populations. I’ve been strict carnivore for 4 years now and I’m never going back. Promote regenerative agriculture & the acquisition of grazing lands on behalf of Native American peoples, for the regeneration of soil and the ecology of the American continent🙏🏻

    I know a veterinarian from a seizure disorder support site. He said that there never was such a thing as feline or canine epilepsy until we brilliant humans invented carb heavy kibble. Now these disorders are rampant. That was kind of the final straw for me to convince me that carnivore made sense. My 35 year seizure disorder is now gone.

    I am amazed at the carnivore First Nations woman who was healed after removing herbs from her diet. As a new carnivore eater, I was thinking of adding wild herbs to my meats but after hearing her story I will only eat meat with salt and dairy.

    No. But it's nice that Carnivore is an option so people can live in more areas of the earth. We're designed very metabolically flexible, so we can thrive or survive in many different environments and temporarily bad situations. People have a built in tolerance to carbs based on several factors, some genetics and lifestyles allow for more tolerance than others.

    the beef is 18% protein by weight - the cat food is 9 %
    the beef is 15 % fat - the cat food is 4 %
    the cat food is cooked then watered up to 78 % vs raw meat ~67 % water

    Could the pursuit of variety for food actually be the body’s search for proper nutrients. I’m thinking along the lines of protein leverage.

    • @robinbeers6689
      @robinbeers6689 Рік тому

      Exactly. If you are plant based, you really do need to "eat the rainbow" because every one of those foods has a bit of nutrition in one place and a bit of anti-nutrients as well. Eating a little bit of a large variety minimizes the risks and maximizes the nutrition. Or you could just go carnivore and get better nutrient density and zero anti-nutrients.

    Sorry if this is tmi but I'm on day 3 of carnivore (plus im 4 months pregnant). I've been running to the loo all day 2day (explosive diarrhea). On my last trip to the loo, this dark, black sludge came out. I have no idea if this is a good think. I'm kind of freaking out

    • @robinbeers6689
      @robinbeers6689 Рік тому +1

      This can happen to anyone as a transition phase (pregnant or not). Some people get this side effect more strongly than others and it sounds like you are one of those. It's basically the old microbiome, the one that loved carbs and cellulose, dying off and getting flushed out while a new microbiome is being established. Because you are pregnant I might recommend going carnivore a little more slowly, like transition to keto first before going whole hog lion diet. That much dashing to the loo can mess up your electrolyte balance too. Maybe some unflavored LMNT powder?

Once baby and I are comfortable with that, I'll transition to ketovore. Maybe I'll go full carnivore one I've given birth.

    if the animals ate the wrong things/food and got the unhealthy conditions or diseases... won't we get those bad things by eating those animals/meat from them?
    I heard somewhere: we are what we ate and what our "ate" ate...

    • @EarmuffHugger
      @EarmuffHugger Рік тому +2

      YOU BRING UP AN EXCELLENT POINT!!
      HOW IN THE HELL DO WE KNOW WHAT IS IN ALL OF THESE FOODS WE ARE EATING??
      Conventional $cience, common sense and wisdom now show that grass fed grass finished, pasture raised, organic & wild caught meats are the cleanest & healthiest way to eat.
      So, are plants the main issue of bad health?
      Microbes in & around the roots of plants are sensitive to certain chemicals and they will not easily thrive to facilitate the growth of the plant when the soil is infertile or toxic.
      (It's the microbes stupid)
      However, any plant is logically worse to directly consume than any animal or fish because plants don't have livers.
      Animal livers, lungs & microbiomes are also filters for poisons & toxins that facilitate their excretion.
      Logically ruminant animals are that last extra filter to remove toxins & pollutants from the soils prior to human consumption.
      If an animal eats a naturally occuring toxic plant it is either regurgitated or internalized through the circulatory system & then captured by the immune system to be excreted through the sweat glands, lungs or by urination and defecation.
      Theoretically any toxically polluted plant or animal would not or should not survive to be consumed.
      Does this belay your fears?
      It shouldn't.
      GF/GF meats from regenerative farms or a local cattle farm where you can actually meet the farmer & see the animals would definitely be the most nutritious healthiest way to source your food.
      How many people do this?
      What are peoples options that are on a low income budget & living in a polluted, congested city environment?
      Plants are cheaper than meats.
      Veganism is basically less costly unless you can afford organic.
      A 5lb sack of potatoes or 1lb of cheap burger?
      If you were poor and had a family to feed?
      This is a really sad fact.
      Back to the point however any plants whether they're trees, weeds, grasses, rice, bananas, apples, berries, lettuce, kale, etc that's grown in a toxic or chemically contaminated soil that's unregenerative is obviously the worst.
      This was & still is the main problem with MA$$ production & the PROFIT$ driven INDU$TRIAL age!!!
      Carbon emissions, oil spills, toxic train wrecks & wars all contribute to severe chronic illnesses.
      Unfortunately there just wasn't and still isn't enough personal responsibility or governmental concern for a complete understanding of the full impact of pollutants on the food supply chain & health.
      Any legitimate concerns were & unfortunaty still are disregarded for $$ sake.
      It's a $ICKNE$$ in itself.
      How many fetuses, infants, children & adults have died or are currently having their lives signicantly shortened that are in real pain & suffering as i text this rant all due to compromised health from bad & cheap food?
      Please don't lose your mind!
      This is when truly good people have a good reason to be alive.
      Things are getting better due to social media & concerned knowledgeable UA-cam creators such as this channel & many others.
      Finally...
      These problems began in late 19th century & escalated in the early 20th century when farmers began leaving their less profitable farms to become $LAVES to the factories for the ALMIGHTY $$$.
      Just as we are now they had no choice but we must be aware and share this truth...
      PROFITS & WEALTH AT THE COST OF HEALTH!!!
      URGHHHH
      Mother Nature & Father Time can help us but only if we help them.
      Well wishes to all.

    • @Swearengen1980
      @Swearengen1980 Рік тому +1

      @@EarmuffHugger It's not JUST profits, even though that's an enormous part of it. Sustainability is an issue as well. Despite this modern and absurd view that not only can the earth sustain many more people, but we'd thrive better if we had more people, the food supply says otherwise. We create shit in labs and pump chemicals into animals and spray them on crops because it creates more food, much faster to get it to the stores. We simply have too many people. It's just an added bonus that Big Pharma benefits and promotes this cycle. All that aside, what's ideal unfortunately isn't practical. Very few Americans can afford to eat grass fed/finished beef on a daily basis. The channels that constantly promote eating grass fed/finished ribeye every day live in a fantasy world, expecting people to pay $15-$20 per meal. It would be nice if these channels would do a better job of addressing the average American who doesn't have their diet paid for by UA-cam subscribers.
