Daimyo Hermitaur = easier zenny quest for people who can't deal with the Rajang with annoying roommate.
Lunagaron = Grinded for its gem/mantle in order to craft both its helmet mid MR & for Risen Kushala helm for end game.
Seething Bazel = high MR & Anomaly points as well as a Damage calculator's wet dream due to its very high hit zone values.
Yeah, that's what I was thinking too. There are quite a few weapons/armors that require Luna's mantle
Lunagaron is popular because A, he’s new and scary, but also certain UA-camrs made the suggestion of farming Lunagaron for their Armour and Weapons, and as a Horn main trying to get Tail breaks for the Lashes was nightmarish and time consuming. There’s also the chance that there’s a number of players who stopped playing after beating Lunagaron and before reaching Malzeno. Seething’s numbers could be the result of a new update coming out and everyone clamouring to farm the thing with pretty armour and stuff.
Also you do have to fight Two whole Lunagaron in the story, once as a normal quest and the other in the best quest ever made.
Part of the reason behind the high numbers for Seething is because of the high MR and Anomaly point yield (one of the popular Anomaly Investigations to run is also Afflicted Diablos + Seething).
I think Daimyo is also partially just because it's one of the monster that even a casual without an optimized build can kill in under five minutes, while also having two qualities most other monsters of that category don't possess: having good drops and being a big target (which is especially appreciated for people who use slow or ranged weapons)
Can confirm, the sheer amount of KO’s and staggers horn can get on this guy via Silkbind Shockwaves is wild
I had the same thing with Tempered Nerg in world for streamstones, as he was the easiest Elder to farm, but he was also really fun to fight, as you could constantly trip him with spike breaks, but these monsters are very unusual in Rise.
Maybe they only count monsters introduced in Sunbreak and Diablos is from base Rise? My guess for Lunagaron is in 2nd is maybe its in 2 urgent quests and the less annoying monster to fight for afflicted dire slogbones (others are Tigrex & Magmadron). Even then idk how it got 2nd place
oh true unpurchasable augments, but still only gotta fight like 5 of them per weapon so idk x.X seems so weird
Surprised no one is mentioning that Daimyo is the first MR quest, so alot of newer players probably farmed him for their first MR gear setup
Lunagaron is pretty fun.
Crab and Seethelgeuse are the money grind and afflicted level grind yeah.
So fun but what's the use in it's armor... Still can't figure it out. I'm MR4 btw
@@mercytms4145 It's got good skills and slots for mid-game. Particularly the helmet.
And the Risen Kushala helmet that's a consistent piece in end game builds also requires a Lunagaron rare drop.
I also think a lot of people fight it for fun and learning because it's got a big moveset of telegraphed moves with cool combos so you can use it to learn your weapon's counters and openings, and is also weak to the strongest weapons in the game which are Flaming Espinas, so you can hunt it quicker than other good practice targets like Rajang.
Also For Daimyo is the First Place is also bit of the fact Monster you hunt in Sunbreak first and for Lunagaron had 2 Storys Quests that are Both Urgents the story one and the Gathering of a Quiro Quest that Completely Change the Mood on that hunt Alone
with luna it's a few reasons, flagship trio guy, initial purple sharpness, decent mr progression gear and *everyone* had to do it twice
regarding the diablos, I'd assume it's because they were specifically targeting, sunbreak initiated monsters, otherwise, but even then.... with the amount of diablos slaughtered for HR silly sausages in base rise, it's quite surprising it isn't there.
I think with daimyo it's because he's the first and lunagaron is not only really cool and fun to fight but he shows up in anomaly quests a LOT, at least for me.
my most favorite is khezu with a fire build. rapidly farming pale extracts is a win to me
If anomaly quests count for monsters being hunted then probably people leveling up there favorite monsters to fight I know I was leveling up lunagaron just because I wanted a super boss fight.
Most hunter monster in base Rise: A balanced fight that combines difficulty and spectacle, the flagship of the game and a monster whose materials were needed to craft some of the best decorations in the game.
Most hunted monster in Sunbreak: a punching bag people beat for money.
“Ig it is crab as well”” all the explanation you needed
True
Daymyo: Zenny Farming yeah, but also easiest source of afflicted blood which you need an awful lot of it you play multiple different weapons.
Lunagaron: Just a fun fight ig. If I had to pick a monster to use for Anomaly Investigation leveling and there were no benefits to doing Rakna Kadaki instead Id probably use Lunagaron. Also good gems.
Seething Basel: exactly what you said in the Video. Easy to fight and kill quickly. No worries about breaking parts, and just an ok fight to do a few dozen times. Kadakis may be faster but it's also a lot more painge to deal with, though personally I enjoy fighting the spiders more. Getting 8+ part breaks in a 5 minute hunt is just really funny and gives a ton of Investigation Exp
I feel like some of the returning monsters should have been up there (the magalas, amatsu, Espinas, gold and silver raths, etc) idk why people focused on a crab, a discount werewolf and a B-17 bomber on steroids
I think it’s half and half the zenny as well as just attempts for the rare drop. Once you’re built it’s surprisingly hard to break his shell since he just dies before you can and the drop is needed for a lot of the better water weapons/ upgrades or maybe that was just me hunting him like 30 times for it
With the amount of Risen Shagaru i find online i was surprised it wasnt even top 3
Probably just a lot failed not actually slain
@@Nikolai08478 yeah, probably that's the catch. I prefer doing it solo for a reason
I am also surprised diablos is not in top 3, diablos was a easy fight and I would run into diablos like 1 of 4 times I join request
Lunagaron is a ice werewolf I feel like that was brought of a reason to hunt him. Goes goes from wolf to werewolf!!!
So, Daimyo is the first monster of Sunbreak.
Anyone who tried it and bounced off would have fought only them. Between that and the zenny and the Crab Effect, it makes sense.
My only guess for Luna is maybe the specific anomaly pieces? Or. Luna has super crunchy, feel-good, giant orange number hitzones. Probably a comfy hunt for a lot of people? 🤔
I fought Lunagaron a lot just because he's awesome especially when he transforms into an ice werewolf.
Daimyo in MHFU is cute n chonky n fun to fight but I'm not too keen on Shogun. His far-reaching swipes are pretty darn painful 🤕. What's your most hunted monster tho, Pyrac🤔? Mine would be Furious Rajang 😁🦍👊
The crabs are pretty cute, pretty sure my most hunted is diablos.
I am farming the crab because his weapon and armor really good early game. And his material, crimson something, really rare to drop 😂
exhaust SA looks fun but question? is ZSD not worth it? or u dont want to end the hunt too quickly?
Zsd has generally never been worth it, it chunks your sharpness, does less than a regular morph combo and leaves you vulnerable for a bit. But in saying all that zsd has the fun factor and kaboomy
I must be the reason luna is the 2nd most hunted
i hunted it like 21 times for the mantel for some of its armor + spammed it to get afflicted dire slogbones
Are you playing and doing the voiceover at the same time or do you play first then record a voiceover?
I play and voiceover everything at the same time except the guides and some of the skill explanations
daimyo is peak design obviously
agreed the crabs are top tier
I don't think most of the player base is at the endgame so to me it makes sense that earlier monsters would take those spots
that's a fair assumption
Pretty sure most Rise buyers are endgame-capable hunters tho
MH doesn't really have a "casual" playerbase
@@Sohelanthropus Its definitely possible, but the grind to endgame is insane I can definitely see alot of people playing casually instead of grinding 300 levels of anomaly
What did you outfit your palamute and palico with?
top3 of that are not even getting hunted by me because if i speedrun them i would get banned for pet harassment lmao
🤣
Tbh the crabs are all pretty cool.
It's a shame they are all somewhat low tier
I guess its because of the afflicted material for early augmentation.
oh that's a good point i forgot crab was in the blood family
Post some Diablo🙏🏾
The issue with me doing some d4 content is with my style of video commentary it'll be a 10 minute video with nothing of note happening because that's how d4 is xD unless i was to record for 4-5 hours and skim through it to find interesting moments.
@@Pyrac up to you brother, I wouldn’t be mad either way
the answer for lunagaron? furries.
ah yes, always forget that option xD
i do not see the great jagras here? why isn't the great jagras most hunted? The great jagras is the best!
