Yesssss

Lol! Same.
😂
If "inappropriate use of a ukelele" was a crime, Colleen would already be in jail.
It absolutely should be at this point 😂
Honestly, inappropriate use of any instrument should be a crime but especially the ukulele. Recorders would be war crime levels though.
She would probably be in death row
Poor instrument was used for this mess 😭🙌🏽
she'll be in jail soon regardless and i'm glad she did this video so that she actually gets put there. i'm glad she was dumb enough to do this
The "weird aunt" part is especially distasteful when you remember she has a running 'joke' that her Miranda character is being molested by her uncle........ 😬
I never watched Miranda as I found her annoying as a child, and even more so now. I never knew this was a part of her character. What the fuck. Why would she think that is funny?
When Runkle said he was glad she didn’t say weird uncle I wondered how spot on he was.
EW REALLY? Good fucking lord that makes her netflix series even more disgusting
Which is, btw, a fucking stupid joke in the first place. And the audience are minors. I mean what the exalted holy fuck.
But she is a woman so that makes it okay! /s
In summary: if she ever goes on trial, she is absolutely doomed
It's not even defamation to say that she's guilty, it's just common sense 😂
Colleen can't even decide between saying that what she did was "a mistake," and saying that it was made up.
She is up shit creek as soon as she steps foot inside of a courtroom.
A ukulele song about victimizing children, is exactly what I would expect from someone who victimized children.
She really said they should have "kindly let her know" that exploiting children is bad 😬
These are things certain types of people need to be told explicitly. I mean that's what one would expect from a psychopath right? Cursed with no morals, empathy, or remorse, and blessed with a giant ego. I don't even try to understand people like this, they're just wired differently in a way I can't possibly comprehend.
All I know is I'm very suspect of people with too much enthusiasm for being around other peoples kids. I live in a community where recently, a clown who did birthday parties for kids, was imprisoned for crimes against kids.
@@AvenEngineerunless she has been living under a rock, she will have explicitly got the message that sending nudes to minors is wrong, for example...there are enough publicised cases that she would have known.
@@lilymarinovic1644 By your logic, that everyone should know better, there should be no serious crime whatsoever, yet it persists vigorously.
@@AvenEngineer rubbish. People knowingly do the wrong thing all the time. I have friends who smoke. Here in Australia there are literally warnings all over their cigarette packets and government ad campaigns about the dangers of smoking. They have been told many times that it is harmful but they still do it. They just don't care.
Same with a lot of crminals
They know.perfextly well.that what they are doing is ullegal, they just don't care and do it anyway. We can hope that some people are.deterred by knowing what behaviour is illegal, but for the rest we can only punish them after they have done it.

All aboard to toxic DARVO trainnnn

I don't know anything about that, but I do see that her apology is an admission.
Plus she's not hot so it's actually a crime cuz nobody wants to see that
Running a stop sign is a mistake, sending illicit images and messages to minors is a fundamental flaw with your humanity.
She really said people should have "kindly let her know" that exploiting children is bad before getting upset about it 🤦♀️
@@khaightlynn I hope colleen doesn’t mean just like her family kindly let Trent know NOT to talk to minors? Bc that clearly worked well 🙈
@@meganed666Good point there
She did some questionable actions and made some questionable jokes. But did she really send nudes to-, talk sex with- and gaining nudes from children? I can only find the cheese ball incident and a few couple of weird jokes.
Could someone please show me proof that she is not just a weird adult trying to entertain children??
@@FyaaahSapparently (Swoop talks about it in part 2 I think I haven’t got there yet) she had “view parties” or Trisha’s only fan content. the motive was posed as the chance to make fun of Trisha but showing adult content to minors can be a crime
I love how literally the first thing she does gets a “oooh, that’s not good” from a literal lawyer
The general public agrees with the lawyer on this one 🤣👍
Just making this video is an "oooooh, that's not good" from a first-year law student. Or a member of the general public who has never had so much as a speeding ticket.
@@deanm4905 Exactly like why tf make an entire apology video playing the ukulele, along with confessing to crimes and staying at home not turning themselves in

this is the funniest possible summary of this arc and I just want to thank you for presenting it.
If she started playing Wonderwall, I would drive there and make a citizens arrest.
This got a HARD laugh out of me.
When the other side has videos and screen shots and first hand accounts, and she decides to not address any of them at all, BOLD choice

The whole video is her incriminating herself. If she gets away with it i swear to god I'm gonna lose my shit. It's clear as day she is guilty, it's a stupid thing to do whether she's guilty or not. @@pissapocalypse No faster way to make people think you were grooming kids than by writing a fucking song and playing a ukelele on grooming kids.
Yeah like, how did she think this was a good idea?😭
right. Like sure, write a song and play it in private as a therapeutic technique if let's say you really are innocent and angry about it. Anyone with some common sense would know this would backfire a ton.
It's the "harass me for my past" line, for me. If your "past" is being sexually inappropriate with children, the "harassment" is an obvious consequence. I mean, YIKES.
She also doesn't grasp that it's not just her past, it's their past, too, all of their other perspectives.
It also wasn't that far in the past. I mean, the prominent situations were (Adam, Johnny, Becky), but she was still in the group chats when this all came up again in June of this year.
@@ESPHMacDat’s my biggest gripe. If it was actually like ten years ago, and she hadn’t been like that since, I’d still say an apology was in order. You know, “I’m sorry I hurt you, just because I changed doesn’t erase what I did or invalidate your feelings. It’s something I regret, it was wrong, and you have every right to dislike me.” But then yeah, move on, keep working towards daily improvement. Helps if you didn’t groom someone, wouldn’t call that a mistake
But this was like what, in the past few years? It’s not a mistake, it’s something she kept doing with no consideration for others, and now she responds with even less consideration, pretending this is cancel culture dragging out some old trash. Like what is her malfunction?
@@robertlauncher Exactly.
@@bcpr9812and that she kept doing it. Well into 2020.. this isn’t just “the past”, it’s still happening NOW..

"Harass me for my past" nah dude it's fully-admitting at this point
Don't worry. I'm sure she will make up for it by representing herself.
@@rinoz47that would be hilarious to watch. I hope they televise it.
Well a few years ago that didn’t happen
@@DungEnjoyerrif she is taken to trial, (I don’t think I used that in the right context) she would use the ‘fart joke’, which quite obviously wasn’t a joke, it was a harassment and was incredibly stupid and immature for doing that in front of mostly children.
As an 81 year old retired lawyer in the U.S., I've never heard about this woman, but if I were a prosecutor, I would all over this case. Whatever she may be charged with, she has admitted she is guilty. She is living in this internet society that believes they are the center of the world. They are terrible idols of the young, and they don't care as long as money and fame are theirs. It is a delusional world with terrible results for the young.
This video of hers could easily back fire against her. It is true that most don't care about her, and don't want to be on the jury, if she is charged, but they do care about children, and there are conservative prosecutors, who use this case to attack not only this woman, but all social media that is aimed at children. I feel sorry for all those kids who believe she is someone they should look up to.
It has yet to backfire legally, but socially, this video has brought so much more attention and hatred her way (including people bringing into question not just her actions but the actions of her family and those who support her), and brought so much more support to her victims. I think she got really, really lucky that the people she's hurt, so far, have not decided to bring this to court, that we know of. There is a good chance they are doing so privately, which is the smart thing to do.
I appreciate your insight and wisdom soooo much 🫂🙏🏼💐 May God continue to bless you ❤❤❤❤
Well said! I think the single most damning thing that there is current video evidence of is how she brushed off one of her misdeeds as a "fart joke." The "joke" in question was calling a teenage girl fan to the front of the stage she was performing on and, without prior consent, opened the legs of this girl to a crowded audience while making a fart noise. The girl was, by video evidence of the event, wearing a pair of short shorts, and was mortified by what happened. According to this girl's allegation, adult men made sexual comments at her for the rest of the night.
Brushing aside what she put that girl through as "just a fart joke" is, in my eyes, mocking the victim.
I hope this sheds some further light on the situation!
Man they’re just following what the see people gravitate towards. Look at what they have to look up to! Our leadership is in their 60s-80s and treat our judicial system like a performance!
They see that those same people and their supporters hate people who work an honest job for an honest wage because they can’t afford to pay for the mistakes of financial institutions.
They see people who only see them as worthwhile if they have a lot of money, fans, or influence. Simultaneously having active disdain for people outside those groups or anyone different.
They see we have zero ability for discourse and opt to just throw out memes or catchphrases in place of thoughtful responses. Reciprocity and honesty doesn’t matter.
You can’t expect people to have character when they aren’t shown any.
@@NotALiberalSoSkipYourScriptI don't think any of them are "looking up to" politicians, definitely not any generation born after like the 70s or 80s. Thats usually how it works.
Like we’re not here to arrest you for your future, girl
I can’t help but notice that she uses a number of excuses that legitimately convicted predators tend to use….

“I just wanted to be friends.”
“It’s not my fault that your kids have been damaged. It was your responsibility to protect them (from people like me)”
yuck, so true, the "my show is pg13 anyway" bit makes my skin crawl in addition to everything else
Not to mention downplaying it and calling them "dumb mistakes". Also the "you guys don't understand how this hurt ME"
So true! All things that could definitely come back to haunt here in a trial. Like so many comparisons to draw from.
thats because she (and most other predators) actually think that way. most dont set out thinking "i am going to groom and abuse children," they think that they're just weird and misunderstood, and that kids will be more understanding of that and give them the benefit of the doubt. which is exactly what kids do, because the kid thinks "hey im also a misunderstood weirdo, this person doesn't seem too bad" and doesnt realize that there's a world of difference between their definitions of "weird."
for the more actively malicious ones, this becomes a motive. kids understand them, kids don't view them as a threat, kids aren't offput by their sexual adances - so why seek out intimacy with adults when it's so much easier to do it that way? it can't be THAT harmful, and it's not like anyone is gonna find out as long as the victim trusts you.
it doesn't take malicious intent to be a predator, all it takes is feeling like you're just too much of a weirdo/loser for other adults, and being either stupid or apathetic enough to decide that the appropriate response to that is to turn your attention onto kids or teens. unsurprisingly, colleen is just too much of an idiot to realize this. she's trying to appeal to sympathy because she actually believes she's guilty of nothing more than just being weird, and that other people will relate to that. she's too self centered to see that to the rest of the world she is ADMITTING to the exact crimes she's being accused of

Also, at the bare minimum she broke the law by sharing nudes that were behind a paywall, with her fans and friends (allegedly with a minor)
I also noticed how she desperately tried using music's ability to relate with people but disastrously missed the mark. To me it read as "oh if I sing this, than people will be more likely to empathize with me and ignore the blatant manipulation". I've seen songs that have done this in the past, ones that you listen to and feel things to, until you really look into the lyrics and realize it's got some pretty fucked up ideologies in it. Radio silence from him for almost a year as the accusations, rumors, and lies were making their rounds. During that time, he lawyered up, got every receipt possible, and in a calculated and expert defense of himself, he tore apart every accusation and more than saved his career. One of our first real-life villain songs!
"They didn't say I couldn't sing it" is the most Disney Channel logic I've ever heard.
I've always hated the statement "Innocent people don't stay quiet this long." Smart innocent people wait until they know what they're going to say and how they're going to address the allegations. Not everyone can afford legal counsel and and it's really important not to respond impulsively. Kwite's a good example of someone who took his time and kept quiet while he gathered evidence and formulated his response.
Statements about what innocent or guilty people do are always bullshit. There are guilty people who do not respond even when asked what their name is. I was at one unfortunate incident where the person I saw put another person's head through a door just held out his hands and let the police cuff him and take him away. I would not be surprised if that guy went from arraignment to verdict without saying a peep to anyone other than his lawyer, and maybe not even them.
People with mental health issues, like Colleen allegedly has, often have major impulse control problems and can end up really digging an abyss for themselves. I know I have talked too much to cops because my head felt too light and I wanted to just lie down and cry. Thankfully a neighbour stepped in and told them hey, this guy is mentally unwell, can you just bear that in mind and take him to the station.
This was in fact a line in victorious said by Ariana Grande lol
Yeah, sometimes the innocent have to pretend to be guilty in order to survive.
When you train a service dog, whenever it's for pulling a wheelchair, or to warn you when you're about to have a seizure, they all have to pass a test that proves they will be good in public spaces. Once you pass that test, you're pretty much good.
But for some reason, someone made up the idea that anyone with a service dog is supposed to have a "license" that they can show you to prove it's real. This is fake. There's no magic card that says I need a service dog. Mainly because going around forcing everyone to prove that they're "disabled enough" no need help is pretty messed up.
But because so many think this tag exists, people with real service dogs, that have been trained for _years_ are getting accused and denied service for the crime of "being fake". So some people with, again, _real_ service dogs, decided to print out a fake license so people would stop yelling at them for acting like a disabled person.
The innocent don't act stereotypically innocent. Again, this is people assuming that because the innocent person isn't acting perfect, that they're absolutely guilty and we might as well pull out the guillotine right now.
(This is a weird thread to pull, so apologies if it feels out of left field or slightly off topic.)
@@lunarskys2645 That's interesting. I work at a hotel that allows pets. We charge an additional fee for them with the exception of service animals. I/my coworkers have asked for papers to prove they're a service animal. I'm not sure if it's required, but the service animals I've seen always have a vest indicating their status. The people I've asked for papers from always have "support" animals rather than service animals.

And throughout her entire content! Nickelodeon has invited her to their Kids Choice Awards numerous times! Netflix has her show as PG and it shows up everywhere on Netflix. They have an in appropriate joke with whipped cream and a donut with the uncle.
Her character Miranda is literally created to make inappropriate sexual innuendo and thinly veiled p*dophilia with the story line of her "Creepy Uncle." Like, the entire concept is meant to be off-putting and questionable. How tf do parents see this and be like "yes, this is good. I'll bring my kids to the show with the p*do uncle and the creepy annoying girl. Sounds like a fun family evening."
Johnny Depp was found guilty in two courts and labeled a, "wife beater." Don't buy into misogynist media.
Come off it with the Depp stuff. He was found guilty in the UK.
"I need...more money. And you should pay me first in case there's not enough money." - Colleen's lawyer. Laughed so hard. Thank you Runkle for such an enjoyable review. Always appreciate your legal perspective.
I've seen this video before, but I'm catching new points now, thanks to Runkle!!
😭🤣
I love how she keeps referring to her actions as mistakes. Honey, those weren’t mistakes, those were choices. You just don’t want to admit that because it means actually taking accountability instead of shoving the blame on someone else
Her whole defence is illogical, she bounces between many different, often contradictory, excuses for her actions. The claims against her can't both be false rumours and mistakes, they must be one or the other, if they're false rumours then she has nothing to be sorry for and take accountability for but if they're mistakes then there must be truth to them.
Oh she blames the alleged victims for "spreading lies" and "gossip" cause she's trash
I almost feel bad for her, hearing about all the ways this video can be used against her. Then I remember that she had kids reaching into her pants on stage, had spread a teenage girls legs apart while she was wearing either a dress or skirt on stage, and inappropriately sent her underage fan pictures from OnlyFans of a womans naked body so that she could make fun of the womans weight while pretending to be this womans friend. Suddenly, anything close to feeling bad for her just disappears.
and also asking her gc of minors what their favourite position is, to send pics of their ass, and what move to make on her boyfriend’s (i assume, not sure) wiener, sending her underage fan her lingerie, making a bunch of excessive r*pe jokes on twitter, making jokes about her uncle sa-ing her/miranda, basing miranda off a disabled relative….
Please don’t feel bad for her. Please.
Remember she did all of this to herself.
Fr , It makes it real hard I seen a video of colleen sitting around with Trish n they’re kids were playing with each other and it made my stomach hurt n then she tries to act like she doesn’t know miranda is for kids when in the beginning of one of her shows she’s on tape telling parents oh don’t think ur kid just made u come to some UA-camrs show , ma’am what ? If you weren’t for kids why was that even said
an innocent person doesn’t act this way .unreal
Innocent people never deny false accusations! um... what?
@@bobdondainnocent people never write songs to deny accusations my love.
@@noriii The song is to mock the people spreading lies and misinformation as they participate in a witch hunt. In hindsight it was a mistake because it went viral and allowed the lies to spread further.
But an entertainer writing a song to mock absurd behavior is certainly not proof of being guilty of a crime. It's not like guilty people write songs either. You know who does write songs? Entertainers, and she is one. But you'll just take anything as supposed proof of guilt bc you're part of the witch hunt.
@@bobdonda WEENIE 🌭
@@bobdondahave you seen the evidence tho
I find it wildly hilarious that the following sentence is now true: “They incriminated themselves by way of song with a ukulele.”
32:16 I mean, according to her, she _didn't_ run this by her team- she ran making a regular "apology" video by the team, they said not to talk about any of it, and she decided she didn't like that answer and found a "loophole". Which really just makes the whole thing even more ridiculous.
Pretty sure the source IS Colleen
the fact she kept saying that she was “taking accountability” but she didnt do that at all
Defending yourself and being accountable are opposites!
Except she did. She apologized for the mistakes she made years ago. But she's refusing to admit to child abuse and all these other fake made up rumors that people invented recently, because those things aren't true.
@@bobdondaa weenie is here
@@bobdonda but in the song she didnt, she literally gaslighted everyone, she made the entire situation worse. she easily couldve made a short video addressing everything and apologized. but no, she made a 10 minute long video and then monetized it.
@@ballerinaonamusicbox It's not gaslighting when you tell the truth to a bunch of people spreading rumors and false accusations of horrific crimes.
Girlie really said “there’s no such thing as bad publicity” 😬
Capitalism would agree but criminal law would not.
@@mel3687 *depending on the size of your bank account. Unfortunately in most cases there really is a two tier justice system so the law doesn't really get much say in the matter.
@@imzesok Bad publicity is free advertisement if you're selling something. (A banned book sells better b/c of its forbidden nature).
But it can also be self-incriminating (Footage of Proud boys storming capitol was used to prosecute them). And If you're found guilty in the court of public opinion, you lose your social network, your credibility and your livelihood. Just look at OJ Simpson. He had a substantial bank account and that didn't resurrect his career or former life.
This is so fun with a serious professional watching. It’s like she thought an adult would never see it.
"At least you're having fun" NO WE'RE NOT HAVING FUN, WE'RE HEARTBROKEN AND BETRAYED.
I wasn't even one of her fans but I've known about her for years, she's a UA-cam veteran. But even without being a fan, I still feel betrayed hearing about all of this. Why are celebrities almost always awful people behind the scenes?
Apparently she has kids so I just feel horrible for them.
I never heard of her before a month or two ago, and I feel disgusted by her. I could see how anyone who has a nice thought about her would feel betrayed.
“When you put something online you’re talking to the police” WHY DO SO MANY PEOPLE NOT UNDERSTAND THIS!
She completely failed to mention the allegations of her sending another UA-camr's OF content, pictures and videos, to minors.
I don't think that became very public till Trishas video on it and that came out after colleens apology video I definitely didn't know about it till then and I thought I was pretty caught up
@@alorastewart7091 Trisha said she was talking to Colleen behind the scenes and asked if the allegations were true or not. Colleen said no. Then she sent Trisha the "Hi." video afterwards.
@Selene_Rosara I think I've followed that much but when did it come up that Colleen was sharing trishas OF stuff with minors? I only heard about Colleen doing that in Trishas video. So I assumed Colleen didn't address it because it wasn't one of the bigger accusations at the time she made "hi".

@@Kneauxla_Bean 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 you are 💯 percent right
I think her legal team would have to literally drug her into a stupor to stop her from taking the stand to tell "her side" in court.
Even Trump isn't as bad on this as she is despite knowing he has federal judges on his side and a lot more money to waste!
I hope with all my heart that she goes to court and we can watch the taping
I made a mistake. I accidently subscribed to my friends adult content and then accidently shared her nude photos with minors while body shaming my friend
"and... somebody needs to take away her shovel... and use it to smash that ukulele."
I have never agreed with anything more.
