Yeah, I agree with this. He was truly a great coach. Extremely smart and knew how to motivate great players. He had an unbelievable eye for talent. He wasn't big on X''s and O's. He was about motivating great players.

I have to give Jerry some credit for this season though. He made some smart decisions "with the help of some people talking him I to it" but still made the right final decisions. Letting Garret lead the team and be the one who fuels the fire worked out 100% better than I thought it would. Jerry, good job. Stay a good business man, let the football guys stay good football men.
I give Jones some credit. But Will Mcclay is making most all the personnel picks for the past few years for the 'boys. Early on in 2014, Jones was regretting not getting Manziel but Martin would prove to be the better pick. I hope Jones the 'GM' can put not picking Manziel to rest.
