I would disagree, our CAC is the Hero of conton city it isn't the status quo strength level of time patroller. Most aren't strong enough for critical missions. That was whole point of the main story Our CAC surpassed the previous hero that's why you see the interaction between theme before the final battle. In addition remember how Dabura turned everyone to stone even trunks. So no I don't feel average time patroller are anywhere near to an Angel or Destroyers level of pwr. Your CAC is the exception also only as strong as the support that helps him/her as well that too has to be taken into account they didn't do it alone.

It would be cool to see a continuation of the story where 21 witnesses the sacrifice of android 16, having her lose control, then later ending up being controlled by Fu. The only difference between him and Beerus is that he never gets an extensive onscreen fight, while in the manga he does.
