Beast in my opinion is treated a little too harsh due to it being the longest transform animation and taking 20% more damage, I personally see it as the glass cannon transformation, you also can use Orange Piccolo's super soul "Shenron really went the extra mile" to reduce the 20% damage increase to 10%. For UI, its true for that it may not give any buffs whatsoever, but it definitely does show potential when you're up against aggressive players, or as I call it, the "You're doing too much, calm tf down" transformation.

By that point ki cancelling is redundant and if it's not in those situations then what even is the point of it? A get out of jail free card with no counter play.
I think most players hate ultra instict for one main reason, they cannot ki cancel. Even if Bandai gives buff to UI, ki canceling problem remains, this the real reason why most players don't like it. Because ki cancel rewards them for the most part of the game and I do not blame them. And it is very difficult to change your fighting style. For me purification is the best transformation. It has a super soul with ki auto-recovery mode, with great defensive and offensive buffs while purification has stamina regeneration (like frieza race).
Ui is my favorite transformation, but for me, the inability to ki cancel isn't the problem. It's the fact that the counter part of the transformation activates too slow, the not having stat boosts, and the fact that you can either be ki stunned out of all your stamina, or be locked in the dodge animation without meaning too. And let's not talk about how the counter doesn't always work online
Future Super Saiyan gives also gives better speed boost than the other default saiyan transformations. Before SSG got added that was the main reason I used it Really wish Potential Unleashed gave you the shading that Gohan gets.
honestly, ui just needs to have faster counter startup, and being able to cancel the counter into transforming. the awoken itself is top 3 when you actually know what you're doing, the problem is that you can't transform because it's so long and risky.
literally if ultra instinct started a few frames earlier and had a smaller window for your stamina to be broken it would be A tier when used properly. the timing is so bad for the counter window and the blue lines make it so obvious it almost never catches anyone 🤦🏽♂️ DIMPS COME ON

I ranked Beast higher since it deals out a lot of damage and you get back a lot of Ki during combos, though it’s transformation speed is pretty bad even after the new update. Kaioken is ranked so low because even if you pair it with Neo Tri-Beam or Final Explosion, you’re dependent on a Super Soul to even make the form a viable option.
Good thing you can’t ki cancel/stun in the form, doing that sucks anyway and is only for chumps, not just that but doing that defeats the purpose of the entire form.

If you don’t have access to that, your movement is hindered unless if you have a counter skill ready (backflip, Super God Shock Flash, Burst Rush, etc.). If you don’t already do that, that’s perfectly fine, but a majority of players (and the AI does it too if it’s on its highest difficulty) do this. Stripping that away isn’t really good

Super Vegeta 2 with Caulifla's super soul surpasses Super Saiyan 3 in most raw stats. It's a good alternative/mix-up to the Super Saiyan God builds everyone runs now. Good way to kinda take people by surprise. Stats: SV2 + Caulifla's SS (M) Basic Attacks +10% to SV's 7.5% = 17.5% (XL) Ki Restored +20% to SV's -50% = -30% Overall, it has the best Ki restoration of any SS form, by 5% over both Super Saiyan and the Future variant at -35%. And 10% better than the -40% of SSB. This combo basically makes it a slightly stronger Potential Unleashed, just with 30% lower Ki recovery. BUT it has a 12.5% damage reduction to Ki attacks hitting you, rather than the 5% that Potential Unleashed gets. *** Alternatively, you can go for Potential Unleashed with Kale's Super Soul. It's just a +15% buff to the 15% attack boost of the transformation overall. With just the Super Soul alone you're already as strong as Super Vegeta 2 with Caulifla's SS, just without the defense or speed buffs. PU + Kale's SS 30% Strike 30% Ki Blast 30% Basic This combo makes it stronger than SSB-- without any drawbacks. The only thing you'd be missing is the 30% stamina recovery from SSB. Not a big problem if you have Rise to Action. You also have the same speed stats and the extra 5% damage protection that comes with PU. Plus, not Ki debuffs. It's one of he most busted Awoken combinations out there, given you're not total ass. *** You could also just put Kale's Super Soul on Super Saiyan 3 and have it outperform the God forms, for the most part. 35% Strike 35% Basic 25% Ki Blast You get a 15% reduction to physical attacks and a 10% reduction to Ki attacks. The only downside is a whopping -85% Ki recovery debuff. Burst Charge is extremely good for this. But, hey, no more Ki drain. And you don't have to power down. Or you can just go to a lower form and go back up after recovering. Even if you drop out of the form, you're still left with a 15% increase in your abilities across the board. You're basically fighting with the PU stat boost without a transformation. SSJ with Kale's SS has nearly identical stats to SSB. *** Blue Evolved is just busted. It doesn't matter what you want to put on it. Twice as fast as Blue, from 7% to 15% Dash, Flight, and Boost, 10% more damage at 35% rather than 25%, and you no longer take extra damage from being hit. You gain a 10% damage reduction across the board. That said, I still prefer SSJ3 with Kale's soul. Not having to overmanage my Ki while worrying about dropping out of my transformation is better.
Purification is a bit underrated i've been using it with the "Hehehehehehehe" Supersoul and it works great as Male Majins do insane Ki-Damage but with this Supersoul i can tank so much more even a Revenge Death ball can't take a full life bar off me that's insane considering that's one of the strongest Ults in the Game and it can't deal much damage lol :D
Honestly id put SSG at number 1 because i can apply Toppo's Super soul "ive casted everything aside for this" and then use SSG to neutralize the drawbacks and since the SS increases all Damage for +35% which is basically SSBE damage now have the basic attack increase along with the speed ki etc which neutralizes the drawbacks whicj decrease all your attributes by -10% then you basically have a nearly perfect transformation, i put SSB as second because i can finally strip the ki drain off and have permanent blue with no drawbacks now, SSBE is behind it die to the fact i can slow it down nearly to no ki drain and with the fighting i do i can maintain it for even longer periods and i have a feeling the ki drain might be taken off entirely at some point, SS3 is the most tankiest out of all the suoer saiyan forms even more than blue evolved and similar to what i said the ki issue can easily be resolved with "our two strengths isn't just added together" SS2 is just a weaker version of PU, SV2 you can turn that into SS3 with either "ill make you regret that" or "im going to defeat you!"
I agree, ultra instinct needs a buff. This is how it should be changed. - Change the ki blast back to normal and make to where the charge ki blast does soaring fist. - Give it the same stamina regen buff as ssgss - remove the detransform stam break penalty or make the transformation take less time to transform so you can actually earn it in a fight. - give it the same buffs as potential unleashed or ssgss. The movement speed, damage, damage resistance and stamina regen. If you ever get into ultra instinct the only thing you get is basically a never ending data input buff and a nerf to your agility due to not being able to ki cancel or ki stun properly while your opponent can. All skilled players know how to get past the ui dodge so really the form can get pretty useless real fast in a real competitive fight. Beast and ultra instinct seriously need to be reworked as this game’s biggest reason its still kicking is the PVP and yet every new awoken that isnt a super saiyan keeps being out done by potential unleashed or even just staying in base.
Ngl I think ultra instinct should have a huge movement speed buff and also have a huge defense or stamina recovery buff but no damage buffs. I also think ultra instinct should stay difficult to transform into, but not as difficult as it is now.

Super sayian god with the ss “I think I’ve finally warmed up gives enough of a buff across the board to round it out. Coupled with the fact that it’s only a 3 bar transformation and the boost to ki regen I’d say it’s def worth being in the top 5 forms. Another good one for ss god is the jiren ss “I will prevail, no matter the cost” boost to ki regen when you ki is lower then your opponents so double ki regen buff to the form and then when you have more ki then the opponent you lose the ki regen buff but gain a buff to all attacks including basic I believe so you end up in a constant loop of being buffed one way or the other.
Im just going to do Saiyan forms Super Vegeta - really good ki attack Super Saiyan - good damage all the way through. Used to have shit stamina recovery (don't know if they changed it). Ki recovery is meh, does more damage than super vegeta, but doesn't beat it in ki attacks or ki regen. Future super Saiyan - really good ki recovery, good stamina recovery, stronger than ssj2 but slightly weaker than ssj3. And of course nobody beating ssjV with ki. Over all really reliable. SSB- ki drain sure, stamina recovery good, overall damage beats the others SSBE- more ki drain but we got ss and abilities to negate that shit. Overall upgrade SSG- amazing ki & stam recovery, high ass basic attack buff, has built in crits, only need 3 bars to pop it. Only downside is your skills all do base form damage. Personally i use SSG love it, massive combo damage makes up for the skills base damage, plus utilizing Saiyan traits. Turns skill attacks into support moves to help your combos while still giving a kick to it. And ults are still ults
It really depends if you are playing PVP, PQ or Raid. All 3 game modes have different requirements. I have seen people walk into a raid with a PVP build... it was totally duh....

Nimbus is one of the best awokens in the entire game because there is NO counter to it if your poisoned ad they spam side step... You literally cant do anything because they have infinite i frames
This is all focused from a PVP perspective: Super saiyan god is the worst form for saiyans because it removes the Male Saiyans LH step cancel, meaning they can no longer compete in neutral. No matter how hard you can hit your opponent, if you're losing every neutral interaction and getting stamina broke first, it doesn't matter. Super saiyan blue has only around half the drain of Evo, for all the same effects which are on average still around 2/3s as big. If you intend to use any damaging supers at all, super saiyan blue is just way better because of how economic it is. Not to mention, super saiyan blue is fast enough in PVP that you can't instant rise punish it off of a knockback, while Evo is- meaning blue can be activated way earlier in the match, prior to getting your opponent to low stamina and knocking them back. Future SSJ, unlike SSJ and SSV, actually boosts your stamina recovery. And not by any small number either- 15%. It's definitely the third strongest awoken for saiyans after 1. blue and 2. evo, for this reason. Stamina recovery is arguably the most relevant stat you can increase. Golden form has outdated moveset files that still takes nearly a full second to initiate guard, and unguard. It makes their neutral game terrible similar to what SSG does for saiyans.
Festival of Universes after maxing out friendship with Rose. You can't get it until Festival of Universes returns (or it may be available with Super TP Medals).
FSSJ gives faster stamina recovery speed. SSG's basic attack damage increase is 60%. And Beast and Turn Golden's stats are so similar its not funny. Beast has a 30% dmg increase to *everything* and a 20% damage taken increase while Turn Golden has a 30% dmg increase to *ki blast supers* and a 20% speed and damage taken increase.
With right ki build you can have a character so as much damage with Super Vegeta awoken as Blue Evolution or Beast. For strike build no contest SSG comes first with Blue Evolution close behind.
Purification is actually good. Equip the super soul “Eehee hee hee heee!” and strike build. And you’ll hit like a truck. If they z vanish literally just hop the other way, it’s worth losing the ability to block

Pu or bust. 0 drawbacks and it doesn’t get rid of infinite looping, boosts more useful stats along with basic and not just a lot in basic which is arguably the worst stat in the game in terms of dps (seriously screw god. It is far too over rated) so many male saiyan players don’t know about the 5 basic into 2 heavy auto chase then while holding the direction down and left step repeat. God axes this and it’s ass. Same with the female saiyan 1-4 heavy into light spin step repeat or their 5 basic into 2 heavy auto vanish guard cancel repeat, or even their 1-4 basic 2 heavy ki cancel step repeat near the ground. I get far more mileage out of spamming supers, blast or strike. You can chain kamehameha boost after a break and vanishing ball after a knock back. Raditz’s super soul makes this even better and it even boosts your basic to ridiculous degrees without needing to put a single useless point into it. It’s not hard to grab at all in pve or pvp unless you suck or aren’t well experienced enough. Basically what I’m saying is that your god awoken “0 downsides” 100% false by the way, is ass.
ultra instinct is op it gives u dodge Plus a free soaring fist, spirit pulse and a counter im a ui user and it’s defo better than power pole, kaioken,beast,Turn golden,future super saiyan,Purification and become giant,
@@retrok5012 It's the best form for Frieza races considering it has the exact same extra damage taken debuff and it adds a more consistent stam break combo for that race but for other races their own unique transformations or potential unleashed are better. Maybe you could also argue Beast for male Majins too but other than that it's mid.
Why is beast always so low, in pvp it might not be the best but in pq's its S+. We have to take into account its versatility.
Defense wise and health it is a burden along with the long start up. Other than that it is a powerhouse on offense

If you ever get into ultra instinct the only thing you get is basically a never ending data input buff and a nerf to your agility due to not being able to ki cancel or ki stun properly while your opponent can. All skilled players know how to get past the ui dodge so really the form can get pretty useless real fast in a real competitive fight. Beast and ultra instinct seriously need to be reworked as this game’s biggest reason its still kicking is the PVP and yet every new awoken that isnt a super saiyan keeps being out done by potential unleashed or even just staying in base.
Ngl I think ultra instinct should have a huge movement speed buff and also have a huge defense or stamina recovery buff but no damage buffs. I also think ultra instinct should stay difficult to transform into, but not as difficult as it is now.

Super sayian god with the ss “I think I’ve finally warmed up gives enough of a buff across the board to round it out. Coupled with the fact that it’s only a 3 bar transformation and the boost to ki regen I’d say it’s def worth being in the top 5 forms. Another good one for ss god is the jiren ss “I will prevail, no matter the cost” boost to ki regen when you ki is lower then your opponents so double ki regen buff to the form and then when you have more ki then the opponent you lose the ki regen buff but gain a buff to all attacks including basic I believe so you end up in a constant loop of being buffed one way or the other.

Super Vegeta - really good ki attack
Super Saiyan - good damage all the way through. Used to have shit stamina recovery (don't know if they changed it). Ki recovery is meh, does more damage than super vegeta, but doesn't beat it in ki attacks or ki regen.
Future super Saiyan - really good ki recovery, good stamina recovery, stronger than ssj2 but slightly weaker than ssj3. And of course nobody beating ssjV with ki. Over all really
reliable.
SSB- ki drain sure, stamina recovery
good, overall damage beats the others
SSBE- more ki drain but we got ss and abilities to negate that shit. Overall upgrade
SSG- amazing ki & stam recovery, high ass basic attack buff, has built in crits, only need 3 bars to pop it. Only downside is your skills all do base form damage.
Personally i use SSG love it, massive combo damage makes up for the skills base damage, plus utilizing Saiyan traits. Turns skill attacks into support moves to help your combos while still giving a kick to it. And ults are still ults
It really depends if you are playing PVP, PQ or Raid. All 3 game modes have different requirements. I have seen people walk into a raid with a PVP build... it was totally duh....

Nimbus is one of the best awokens in the entire game because there is NO counter to it if your poisoned ad they spam side step... You literally cant do anything because they have infinite i frames

This is all focused from a PVP perspective:
Super saiyan god is the worst form for saiyans because it removes the Male Saiyans LH step cancel, meaning they can no longer compete in neutral. No matter how hard you can hit your opponent, if you're losing every neutral interaction and getting stamina broke first, it doesn't matter.
Super saiyan blue has only around half the drain of Evo, for all the same effects which are on average still around 2/3s as big. If you intend to use any damaging supers at all, super saiyan blue is just way better because of how economic it is. Not to mention, super saiyan blue is fast enough in PVP that you can't instant rise punish it off of a knockback, while Evo is- meaning blue can be activated way earlier in the match, prior to getting your opponent to low stamina and knocking them back.
Future SSJ, unlike SSJ and SSV, actually boosts your stamina recovery. And not by any small number either- 15%. It's definitely the third strongest awoken for saiyans after 1. blue and 2. evo, for this reason. Stamina recovery is arguably the most relevant stat you can increase.
Golden form has outdated moveset files that still takes nearly a full second to initiate guard, and unguard. It makes their neutral game terrible similar to what SSG does for saiyans.
Super saiyen god has no down side? You lost your square triangle dash mechanic, it’s a big issue.

FSSJ gives faster stamina recovery speed.
SSG's basic attack damage increase is 60%.
And Beast and Turn Golden's stats are so similar its not funny. Beast has a 30% dmg increase to *everything* and a 20% damage taken increase while Turn Golden has a 30% dmg increase to *ki blast supers* and a 20% speed and damage taken increase.

With right ki build you can have a character so as much damage with Super Vegeta awoken as Blue Evolution or Beast. For strike build no contest SSG comes first with Blue Evolution close behind.
Purification is actually good. Equip the super soul “Eehee hee hee heee!” and strike build. And you’ll hit like a truck.

Gonna need to build up ki . And take more damage. U gotta set up with burst charge n do or die . Blue does more damage and got buffs in all categories for speed and a defensive buff . Plus it barely drain ki now , so it works better. You get stamina recovery speed faster than majin and namekian 🤣🫠 just go down to the ground, and you'll see.

Pu or bust. 0 drawbacks and it doesn’t get rid of infinite looping, boosts more useful stats along with basic and not just a lot in basic which is arguably the worst stat in the game in terms of dps (seriously screw god. It is far too over rated) so many male saiyan players don’t know about the 5 basic into 2 heavy auto chase then while holding the direction down and left step repeat. God axes this and it’s ass. Same with the female saiyan 1-4 heavy into light spin step repeat or their 5 basic into 2 heavy auto vanish guard cancel repeat, or even their 1-4 basic 2 heavy ki cancel step repeat near the ground. I get far more mileage out of spamming supers, blast or strike. You can chain kamehameha boost after a break and vanishing ball after a knock back. Raditz’s super soul makes this even better and it even boosts your basic to ridiculous degrees without needing to put a single useless point into it. It’s not hard to grab at all in pve or pvp unless you suck or aren’t well experienced enough. Basically what I’m saying is that your god awoken “0 downsides” 100% false by the way, is ass.
SSBE hands down is the best transformation in the game it's not an opinion it's a fact.

@@retrok5012 It's the best form for Frieza races considering it has the exact same extra damage taken debuff and it adds a more consistent stam break combo for that race but for other races their own unique transformations or potential unleashed are better. Maybe you could also argue Beast for male Majins too but other than that it's mid.
