In all seriousness, they're really leaning into the "yeah, you're actually fighting incarnate gods with insane levels of power" idea and I love it so, so much.
It could be a giant statue of Andraste. This is from the wiki:
Merdaine- Our Lady of the Anderfels, a giant white statue of Andraste, is carved into the Merdaine near Weisshaupt.
As a preamble, I apologize in advance if any of this comes across as argumentative against your point; I'm mostly going through my own thoughts/reasoning here as inspired by your suggestion. The chitinous, insect-like slit along the jaw/cheek has me thinking it's not Andraste; that's not a common feature in other statues of Andraste I don't believe. Also, the face juts out past the clouds un-obscured when the lightning strikes. If it were a statue face within the clouds, you'd still be able to see it. The lightning doesn't suddenly make all the clouds disperse for a moment when it hits.
Except that’s days away from Weishaupt by foot.
My money’s on Ghilan’nain.

If i had to bet on it, i would say that is a projection on the clouds made by Ghilan'nain, you know, like Mufasa (Mufasa is an Evanuris comfirmed?!) But it would be VERY cool if that was a Monster, some sort of creature that she created recently or long ago that creates a storm around it as it moves. Like a giant golem. As for the dragons, this one in the new combat trailer and BOTH of the weird ones of the previous trailer have the weird neck tentacles, maybe Ghilan'nain created the three of them, she IS the Mother of All Monsters after all.

The dragon in the combat is also the same dragon at the end of the first reveal trailer. The tendrils, the distorted jaw and horns. Check it!
I reckon it’s Ghil’s dragon form as it looks warped. If it is her arch demon the glowing dragons must just be blighted dragons.
It definitely could be Ghili'nan I wouldn't be surprised. Honestly the projection of the face reminds me of the Mummy when his face appeared in the sand and water wall.
Maybe Lyrium Dragons? Blue and Red lyrium, those tentacles look like branches too!

This might just be me, but... do the lines going back from the corners of the mouth make anyone else think that it's hinged? Like this could be a statue/automaton/something carved that *moves*? Or at least speaks?
I do have one question is Morrigan helping the Veilguard because she wants to or is she being made to by Mythal's compulsion?

OMG I was thinking that when I was watching it too!! Could it be Ghilan'nain?? Or maybe a Weisshaupt sentinel or something? Make you feel like a little bitty worm on a big effing hook really! 😅
Re one of your earlier vids, the more I watch the release date trailer, the more I think Morrigan is speaking with her 'mother's' "voice". The actual voice is Morrigan, but the WAY she speaks - the tone, the inflection, the cadence is alllll Flemeth.
Re the ice dragon, don't forget Ghilan'nain (I think that's the one??) is disfigured, so likely her archdemon will also be very disfigured. That said, she's the "mother of monsters" so it could be a tainted beasty minion too.
Ugh even if I'm not digging the new combat style and character skins, I'm really starting to come around to the *story* . Looking forward to getting some closure on the story if nothing else!
